This place is that place that you start off by telling others “You ain’t going to believe it – but.. “

I was working out in the area and was in the mood for a gyro. I found this place online and figured I’d try it out. I was not disappointed. I got grape leaves and a gyro. The gyro was hooked up! The guy was very friendly also and carried on conversation with me while I waited for my food. If you’re following GPS, it will take you to a gas station. They’re located inside the gas station, to the right, when you walk in. (Sorry for the pic with it being half gone, but you’re able to see how packed the pita bread was.)

Best authentic gyro in 3 counties. Owner a little salty with trouble customers but very nice guy once you get to know him.

Mohammed is very nice guy and he works very hard he likes to flirt while he Cooks and talks to you friendly. it makes you feel comfortable. He got the name Leena from his daughter and my daughter’s worked in Oakland and that’s how I met Leena restaurant when they were there and I never had a gyro and his rice so good in my life. He has things that I really love, but hate to make it at home like babaganoush, falafels spinach rolls baklava tabali salads. He has this rice and he puts this hot pepper sauce in the middle of it it is home-grown peppers and they’re awesome!! I always try to get extra. I just love all the food there. I can understand why his prices went up because the food went up, well hopefully the prices will go down a little bit more. Things are getting a little bit back to normal alright but I would go and give him a try.Tell him Bunni sent you. he is working hard so hard to keep his children in college and his wife to the help her with what she needs and she helps him and I think it’s wonderful family thing. I think if I had a restaurant I would name it after all 8 of my children( RIP son Francis Jr ) Enjoy the food. There are booth in there if you want to eat in, but I always take it home and eat it because I always order so much that I could eat it for a week thank-you Leena’s restaurant and I hope your truck is doing well in if you’re still going over there to Oakland.

Decent gyro – not the best. The kitchen is in a gas station. I would have given 4 stars but the owner charged me $15 for the $13 gyro (sandwich only) because I used a credit card. Didn’t ask – just ran it. Not cool.
