Ordered a 20 inch classic turkey and got extra meat because they’ve been skimpy lately. (Like everywhere else) I paid almost $30 for a 20 inch classic turkey with just lettuce and light mayo. I think I got less turkey on the extra meat hoagie than if I didn’t order extra meat. They took my $28 though haha. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to the Glen Mills location. WAY better turkey and ALWAYS packed with turkey.

One star is being generous! Worst cheese steaks I have had especially for 40 bucks will never go again told they were short staffed and they would be closing at 6:30. Tried to call after getting home at 6:00 and no answer. Everyone should know these are franchised locations and there is a difference between them. I have been to the Downingtown location and it was great and worth the money.

Will never go to this Capprottis in West Chester due to the staff that work there. On Sunday, 07/23/2023 around dinner time I placed an order. When we picked it up it was wrong. I ordered double meat for an extra $9.00 but it was not on the hoagie. When I called the store a young kid answered who was very rude. When I told him our order was wrong.. he said “I don’t know what to tell you”. He said if we go back he would correct the order.. When my husband arrived they wanted to charge my husband an extra $5.00… Then said I lied about the extra meat and threatened to call the police on my husband. When my husband said we were going to complain the two young girls said they didn’t care. This store should be imbarrarred by the thier staff.

Had a small hiccup with our catering order and the 3rd party delivery service. The store owner called me personally and took care of me. The food is always phenomenal and their customer service is top notch!

I don’t know what this 3.9 rating is all about… Capriotti’s is always great, incredible sandwiches. They have been a family go-to and pride of Dub-C for decades, always recommended.

Happened to be in West Chester and decided to swing by to try Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop. Apparently The Bobbi is there signature sub. Basically a Thanksgiving meal in a hoagie sandwich. It was pretty good but I was surprised to find out it was served cold. Also tried a plain chicken cheesesteak. I would say overall the subs were very good! Maybe not spectacular, but certainly worth trying again!

The sandwich was good, but there was hardly anything to it. I got a Cole Turkey with no veggies and it looked like the pic, each bit was mostly bread. Again, it was good, but not worth the price for what you get. This was my first time back here in years and I won’t be back anytime soon if this is what you get for over $10. Any sub place in the area will do you better than this place.

Forget Wawa. This is the REAL Gobbler! They use fresh oven-roasted turkey, not preservative-packed lunch meat. You can taste the difference.

EDIT: After submitting my review to capriottis directly and agreeing to being contacted the Manager of this location called me directly to apologize for the incident and explain the situation. I was very appreciative of this and for that will return my rating to 5 stars. I know this industry is tough and finding people that can run the front of house is difficult. Regardless when the food is prepared as expected this place is always a number 1!
