Had been 2 years since ordering from here. After getting my nasty cheesesteak and cold soggy fries I recalled why. Has not changed. Same gross food but at least this time they included a few hairs in the sub. Typical post 1990s Subby’s. The entire chain needs shut down by ODH. Never again will I even take a chance on Subby’s. Owner should be ashamed of himself.

I talked a friend into going here with me because it used to be so good. The food was not good, we both ordered warm subs, the cheese was not melted, staff took it back and must have stuck it in the microwave, so the top bun and cheese was warm, but the bottom bun and meat was cold. She had a Philly cheesesteak and the meat was a couple deli slices of roast beef, and I had the pizza sub and like I said, the bottom bun, pizza sauce and pepperoni was cold, yuck

Chili is very good. I always add the provolone. A suggestion I have is the workers always seem to work on the orders as they come in. Getting chili as take out shouldn’t be put in queue. Just put the chili in the bowl and put it in a bag. Shouldn’t have to wait for someone to get their 5 sandwiches. Should be able to multitask.

Orderd sub to eat in young woman brought out sub it was still cold in middle ask old women to please heat back up and explained there was no need to remake just it was cold, she brought it back so hot I couldn’t eat it.

I love the taste and high quality of the food. Unique and better than the rest. Love that you can have fries, onion rings, mushrooms not just chips like other places. Chili is great. Been going there for years. I used to work for them as a teen and I first hand see the quality of the food. Meats are lean, etc. Highly recommend. God bless!
