Service was extremely slow. Two people ahead of me and it took 35 minutes to be served. The only reason that I stayed was because it was in the area that I needed to be. Sometimes it’s good sometimes it’s bad management need to look into who they are hiring and what they’re hiring because I had a bad experience one day and a great experience the next. I asked for a large coffee with 7 milk and 11 sugars. When I got my drink it didn’t taste good so I asked an Spanish lady if she can make my coffee again because the milk tasted funny. She was so rude and talking about me to her co-workers about my drink. I will never go there again and for everyone else should go to another Dunkin donuts. Bad attitude, rudeness, she should not be working with people.

DON’T GO HERE!!!! Customer Service SUCKS!! Stopped this morning through drivethru and the cashier sound like she didn’t want to be there. After placing my order, I pull up to the window to pay and she has a stank look on her face while tapping her hand as I reach for change. In other words, she was rushing me with body movement. Just tired of poor customer service after spending my hard earned money. Btw, the coffee was GROSS, looked like she quickly put it together with little effort.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been. I’m in the drive through and I order. Medium caramel swirl ice coffee with 1 cream and 1 sugar. (For health reasons, I really can’t have more than that.) I also order hash browns and a bacon egg and cheese bagel. I get to the window and pay. I also never got a receipt. She hand me coffee that looks very light. And then hands it to me and when I say it’s too light, she gives me a big sigh and dumps a little of it out and puts more coffee. That doesn’t solve anything. The coffee is still super light and on the back it said 4 cream 4 sugar. So I ask her to remake the coffee and she has me pull to the curb. After waiting about 10 mins. Someone walks to my car and hand me another coffee. At this point I’m almost late to work, so I take the coffee and leave. Now once I get to work, I realize there are no hash browns in the food bag. I have a sip of the coffee and it’s definitly watered down and tastes funny. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if they did something to it. I am so disappointed and frustrated. The service was horrible and the coffee and food was even worse.

Went there at 8:45 pm on my way to work for a toasted plain bagel with cream cheese…they didnt have any bagels at all!!! ..i got a small stawberry coolatta and 10 glazed chocolate donut holes instead…not what i wanted to eat but atleast they were good.
