Beans & Brews Coffee House has been around since 1993, when the Laramie family opened shop next to Salt Lake City’s beloved hangout, Liberty Park. The family refined the process of high-altitude roasting, which results in uniquely smooth coffee with intense flavor.
Beans & Brews—or “Beans,” as friends call us for short—is now a staple around Utah and its friends, Idaho and Nevada.
Our guests are our reason for getting up in the morning. We love greeting regulars with their favorite drinks, made just the way they like ‘em. And we dig getting to know newcomers from all over the world and welcoming them to the Beans community.

Drink was excellent as always. Even tried a bacon, egg, croissant–couldve been better but I’ve had other food options that were good so just gotta find the right one.

Tyson is the absolute best! When I pull up to the drive thru and hear him it makes my day better! Who needs them coffee after interacting with Tyson. I come get pretty often and when anyone else is at the ordering booth it’s just not as good as when Tyson is there. He’s fabulous!!!!

The baristas at this location aren’t very friendly to begin with but today I was genuinely upset. Our barista was rude which normally whatever I’m just here for a coffee but I asked for an iced white mocha with an extra shot and not only was it the wrong drink but there was clumps of white gunk in it and chocolate syrup settled at the bottom. I’m so done with beans and brews, every time I go they’re rude or they mess up my order nearly every time. Super frustrating.

I hate leaving a bad review because I love Beans and Brews, I usually go to a different location, but I get coffee probably five times a week. Yesterday though I ordered a plain, iced Oatmilk latte, I didn’t put the straw in it to drink it until I got home because I was carrying a lot of things and I thought it would less awkward to carry that way. I live 15 minutes away. When I took a sip it was full of chocolate, The bottom was covered in a thick layer of chocolate. I figured maybe they just gave me somebody else’s drink by mistake so I tried to call but nobody picked up the phone. An hour or two later I finally got a call through and somebody answered. They told me that they couldn’t remake my drink because more than 10 minutes had passed since I picked it up. I told them I could bring them the drink, it was still full and had ice in it, I had only had a sip. I don’t like sweet coffee so I didn’t drink it. They told me I would need a receipt and I explained that I didn’t get a receipt, I asked the barista to please tip herself and didn’t think I would need a receipt, but they should have record of my debit card payment and I could take a screenshot from my checking account to prove that I paid for it. They told me there was absolutely no way they could remake it, I would have to come back in person the following morning and talk to a manager. I live 15 minutes away, I asked if I could make a phone call because it seemed like a lot to ask to have me drive 15 minutes to the coffee shop and another 15 minutes home just to ask for a replacement or a refund, but they told me in all likelihood nobody would answer the phone. So I basically spent $8 including tip to receive a drink that wasn’t what I ordered, was not a kind of coffee I like and wouldn’t drink and then as the customer I was held responsible for that mistake because I couldn’t return with it within 10 minutes. I love beans, but this is unacceptable customer service. In the very rare cases I’ve gotten the wrong drink in the past the baristas have always been so amazing and willing to replace it no questions asked. In the future I will stick with the location close to my apartment, spending eight bucks on coffee just to pour it down the sink and have to go get coffee somewhere else really sucks.

Wow. So if you want barely like warm coffee, this is the place to go. Just went through the drive through and im guessing they’re trying to sneak out the last of what’s left – and it’s not even warm. For $3.50 the coffee should be hot. This wasn’t even close
