Doors to inside were closed. Had to use drive thru. Wasn’t busy. Was told to pull over to wait for chicken strips. Waited so long fries were cold when we got food I was able to walk across the street to the gas station use the bathroom and wait for my ride to get the food then come get me. We were passing though on a long road trip.

This was by far the worst Hardee’s I have ever been to. I asked for a BBQ chicken sandwich without the BBQ sauce. He rung me up for the club sandwich meal. I can’t eat fries or bacon right now. I would have know this before waiting for the food if he had given me my receipt when I asked for it, but he told me I would get the receipt with my food.

I eat breakfast here most days. I stay in a motel in Emporia 3 weeks a month. I usually arrive at the drive through after 6am. Recently our work hours have changed having to go in earlier. The hours of operation here on google show that they open at 5am. I have gone by 4 times in the last 8 days after 5am and the place is dark. Not a soul there.

Some of the service was okay I was not so much the shift manager seems knowledgeable and well aware of deals and easy to talk to the food is priced about the same as everywhere else as far as fast food with a little better quality I believe

Food was OK. Not bad or great, just ok. Service was adequate. If someone ordered biscuits and gravy, they shouldn’t have to ask for forks, every time. Coffee was typical navy mess hall coffee, can stand a spoon in it. Overall, just an average fast food experience.

Not that great I had order a breakfast biscuit I had order a biscuit with cheese and sausage and bacon and went to sit down with my husband when I open my meal they gave me a biscuit with no bacon so went up to tell them and ask them it doesn’t have bacon so I waited for another one and this time they gave me no sausage no cheese just bacon then I said to them dang ya’ll don’t know how to make an order I had told that girl it was bacon,sausage,cheese biscuit no egg so then they gave me another one so I took to the table where I sat down and open it now I got pist so now it was with bacon ,cheese,sausage, with egg biscuit so my husband says give me the egg so that’s what I did no more go to that Hardee’s. While they weren’t not doing nothing just on there cell phone’s.
