I bought 4 pizzas here and all 4 were not cut and burnt! While eating it all you can taste is burnt. For $50 I was expecting it to be good so that’s disappointing. I recommend trying another location.

Food was great, though the cheesy garlic bread was oversaturated with the garlic spread (whatever it’s called). My complaint is with the cleanliness of the place. I wouldn’t say it was filthy, but most, if not all, of the tables were dirty/grimy (crumbs and dirty/sticky swirls) – even the drink station… Then I noticed a worker cleaning some of the tables with what looked like a dirty wash cloth – and it made sense. Also, the windows were very noticeably dirty. Still – good location and good food… But this place needs more attention to upkeep.

I’ve ordered delivery from MOD before and the ingredients were fresh and my pizza was good. However, this time I bought 3 pizzas and they were all burnt and inedible. I wouldn’t have minded waiting the extra time it takes for them to redo them, but instead they chose to send me the burnt ones that nobody wanted to eat. It tasted like charcoal.

We had the worst pizza there. We placed the order for a pickup later on a Tuesday before the dinner rush. When we got there, the pizza wasn’t ready. There were no greetings and no one to attend at the pickup lane. There were a total of four people working, but they were working very slowly. When we finally got someone, they told us to wait 10 minutes, but our pizza took 30 minutes longer after our arrival to get our pizza. When we finally got the pizza, it was burnt and crispy. I went about 4:30 pm. I want to take my hat off to the 2 only employees who busted their but taking care of us. they did awesome job. Their was a good line of people waiting.. always friendly and clean. Keep up the good work.

I always create my own pizza with the same toppings at mod, but it was my first time ordering from this location. I ordered through the app for pick up. When I got home and opened my box, I was stunned at the MOUND of toppings piled on. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a toppings kind of girl but it was to the point where I couldn’t even hold up a slice. All of the topping just fell off. The pizza was soggy too, but I’ll just say it’s because I ordered to go. My pizza was disgusting, I’m actually so upset about this.

I enjoy MOD. At this particular location I ordered my first pizza and sad to say it was not good. I’m not sure if the dough was left out or not made properly but when I tried eating my pizza it was so chewy. It was not toasty or crunchy.

The Mod Pizza was not cooked very properly. The cheese bread was burned under the bottom after requesting a second time. The Pizza was too small for the price paid . They over charged me for a pizza I didn’t order . I will not try this pizza place again .

My husband’s pizza was burnt.. practically black and we asked for another and got it back half burnt still. Last time I checked we paid for full pizza not half of one. It was not edible without tasting the burnt crust. Not happy! At this point we just ate the half and left.
