I called to simply order pizza and the person that answered the phone was so incompetent that after 20 minutes on the phone I got nothing. After taking over 15 minutes to enter very simple pizzas he took another 5 minutes which he entered my card info wrong. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I hope this gets to someone higher up. They just lost my business completely. Would give zero stars if I could.

Walked in this evening only to be told that wasn’t a single menu in the restaurant. Then I noticed it wasn’t one poster one picture board. Nothing. Guys working there seem pretty cool but this location looks like a bomb went off. Empty, unappealing, and clearly unprepared. Normally I would’ve simply used my phone to look at the menu, but anybody from the area knows that the shopping center is a signal deadzone.

A much improved product from the pizzas made in the past. The crust is of higher quality, and I enjoy the variety of choices. However, pick up service seems like your only option. In addition, their promotions are becoming less frequent.

My delivery driver decided not to deliver my pizza tonight. Just put it on my tenants grill, and then drove off without letting me know it had been delivered. I had asked them to deliver it to the back door but apparently my shadowy side yard was far too scary to walk through to deliver to the WELL LIT rear of the house. Unfortunately by the time I realized this, my pizza had been sitting outside in the wind for 10 minutes and was barely still warm. I called to speak with the manager to see if we could put a note in my account as this is the second time this has happened. I spoke with the shift manager Kyle who informed me he couldn’t force his drivers to do anything they aren’t comfortable with. Give me a break! You’ve got a lot to learn about customer service Kyle. All you HAD to say was I’ll talk to the driver and our business would have been done. I’ll be getting my pizza delivered from elsewhere if my business isn’t appreciated. Dont worry about it!

I absolutely LOVE this location. The manager Sam is amazing and the whole team really cares about it’s customers. They also don’t slack on their pizzas/toppings. I highly recommend everyone orders from here. I also have to note that I ordered their gluten free pizza. It’s by far one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Normally gluten free crust is just “okay” but I’m extremely impressed with their gluten free crust.

Ordered a Large philly cheese steak pizza. I also ordered an extra garlic butter sauce and an extra pepper and got neither. The pizza was also dry and overcooked. There are much better places to get your pie than here.

Called ordered food, arrived they gave my food to god knows who, waited for another pizza they gave me the wrong one, contacted the location and employee tells me “ he didn’t have proof I ordered this” so thats like calling me a lier. Returned said pizza and requested the food I ordered now for the second time and I and informed that I have an attitude and I can’t get service. Well you weren’t providing adequate service to begin with so what am I missing out on ? I’d rather eat dirt then ever take my time and money to an establishment that makes accusations and cannot admit fault. I will never order from the Stevens city location again but now just to make a point I’ll never eat any papa John’s pizza ever. To say” I don’t have proof your ordered this “ when you took my order told me you gave it to a driver when it was for pic up and gave me the wrong pizza at the end of it all is like saying I am lying. Why would I be less then honest about food I am trying to order I have no need too. Place is a joke and I feel sorry for who ever owns this franchise as the employees are running it into he ground.
