I’ve been coming to this location for almost a decade now. Sometimes they’ll forget the sauce or my cinnamon twists, but I always check my bag before leaving. I know that I shouldn’t have to check it, but everyone makes mistakes! I don’t plan on going to any other Taco Bell unless I’m traveling.

I ordered 4 soft potato tacos via drive through but all of them had few pieces dried potato pieces they weren’t chewable. I think staff forgot to put any napkins; and and lettuce in one of the taco.

First was the look on this lady’s face was like she was so disgusted by me being in the drive thru. I asked for 2 steak soft supreme tacos with no sour cream. I get 2 pieces of steak in one and 3 in the other no tomatoes at all. Then never asked if I wanted any sauce. Literally the first time I have not been asked if I need sauce!!!

So I go inside and wait at the counter to place my order. I was looked at by the staff and even said I needed to order (for nearly 11 mins) before I was told I needed to order at the kiosk. Which you don’t even notice. I had to explain this to the guys behind me that came in and waited like I. They just expect people to know. But if someone is standing there they should ask how may I help you!
