I really love this place we haven’t had in yrs but recently before my kids started school I was shopping at DD’S and my bf wanted their pizza. He called in to order and the person who answered the phone kept getting the order wrong, my bf had to repeat himself quite a few times he started getting frustrated. I told him just go next door and order but he said it was packed that’s why he called they still got our order right after telling them a few times. We ordered their Buffalo fry’s I have always loved their Buffalo fries but this time I was very disappointed we had barely any fry’s in the to-go box and there wasn’t any Buffalo sauce on it like they use to before they were always good and had that spicy kick to it. This time it tasted like fry’s with barely any seasoning on them idk if they changed the way they make them now or what but it was very disappointing yes we haven’t been there in yrs but I felt like if it’s advertised as Buffalo fry’s I expect to get that. Other than that the pizza was still good like always they gave us plates and all that just sucks they didn’t have any to-go menus we asked the guy and he said no the menu is on line maybe they just didn’t have some that day idk but still we love their pizza though.

I had two terrible experiences at this pizza house. We had ordered our pizza ahead of time for take out and they said it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. We get there after 20 minutes and it ended taking an hour to get our pizza. We kept checking in and they said they were understaffed, so we understood, but we have our baby with us, so it was a very fustrating situation. They told us that we wouldn’t be able to be refunded, but that they would give us a free medium pizza next time we order.

Love this pizza but they did me completely wrong, ordered two medium pizzas and they gave me a 15-20 min pick up window. Arrived 30 mins later just in case. Young blonde cashier told me it would be another 10 min I go wait outside in my car since my baby and my lady are in the car waiting. I come back in 10 mins later and she says sorry another 10 mins… I was reasonable and said that fine. Went back to the car and 10 mins later went back in and she says sorry the pizza isn’t ready I asked for a specific time window and she said they are making them now. I waited for 1 hour even after the 30 mins. I asked for my money back she said they couldn’t do that so next time I came back under my account I would get a free medium pizza, I didn’t have time to comain so I just said that’s fine and walked out. When I called in to receive my “free pizza” I was told they can’t help me with anything. I don’t usually leave reviews but for an establishment to not honor their own offers is just wrong.

Best pizza in the Sacramento area, in quality, quantity, and price. Do yourself a favor and check them out. I used to treat myself to Round Table, Mountain Mikes, and BJ’s, but they are all way too over priced. That, and the service and quality of food I’ve received from them has been sub par at best (see my previous reviews). But Original Pizza House? I’ve been ordering from them now for over four years, and I’ve not once had a bad experience, bad customer service, or bad food. So yummy! So fresh! I’m in pizza heaven! <3

The Greek pizza at the Original Pizza House in Natomas is simply amazing! The crust was perfectly crispy and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The combination of feta cheese, olives, tomatoes, and spinach was truly delicious and exceeded my expectations.
