Really BAD. They get all these new people in there and they don’t know how to make coffee. I asked for an extra large caramel hot coffee with cream and sugar. I get the coffee but it tastes like black coffee. It tasted like there was no caramel, cream or sugar. Then I told the lady at the window it was nasty, had nothing in it and she gave me packets of creams and sugars when we go to Dunkin we expect our coffee to be made properly not with packets of sugar and cream but real caramel because we pay for it. If I wanted regular coffee I would’ve made it at home. The girls name on the receipt is Mackenzie. She didn’t even offer to make me another one. If this situation doesn’t get fixed I’m going to different Dunkin’s or I will stay at Starbucks this customer service is terrible.

I go every morning on my way to work. Food it’s good, but always over cook the bagels even when I say lightly toasted. I don’t like that no one can explain how the new coffee options work, I like it, but they can’t explain the options to me, just get an attitude so I just order a different coffee.

Went through drive through was handed only my drinks and was asked to pull up. They brought out one donut next and I told them there 2 sandwiches and 2 donuts. The worker was highly annoyed with me brought my stuff out all thrown in 1 bag. Total mess. Would not recommend this Dunkin.

I have ordered a nitro cold brew at 10 different Dunkin locations. So far, I have gotten 9 cold brews with zero nitrogen and one that was right. The workers seem to think that pulling the nitro tap makes it a nitro cold brew. However, nitrogen is what makes a cold brew a nitro cold brew. Dunkin, please educate your workforce and fix any faulty equipment that is contributing to this widespread problem.

Not good , my bagel was burnt and cream cheese over portioned to try to cover up the bagel being burnt. This is unacceptable. Everything in the world is bad enough. When you have guest coming to spend their money they food should be good, so they don’t tell others about the bad service they received as I’m going to do. Remember when 1 customer have a bad experience they tell someone and that person tell someone and before you know it, 30 people know about your bad service and don’t want to come their. Retrain your people……….

The employees are always polite, I’ve never had a bad experience with them. I go there pretty much everymorning. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because a few times that I ordered there, my hash browns were really cold and stale. Other than that, I love this place.

I got my usual coffee drink and a doughnut, but the problem was it wasn’t the flavor that I picked, and other times they had called me and told me that they were out of the item that I ordered on my Dunkin app. I personally don’t like the chocolate cream donut, only the maple flavored one, but what if I was allergic to chocolate? Anyways, still love you guys, just would appreciate a little more on your end. Thanks
