Grabbed lunch here the other day for the first time and it was pretty decent! The restaurant has a really cool atmosphere and it’s very clean. For an appetizer I went with their steamed Pork Dumplings which were pretty tasty, they weren’t super flavor packed, but still good. My friend got the Crispy Spicy Tuna as an appetizer and those were absolutely delicious! For my entrée I got the Steak Pho. The meat was very tender and a pretty good amount in the bowl. The broth was ok, it wasn’t too bad, but could’ve used a little more flavor.

We’ve been to Pho Vy numerous times and the food is always consistent and delicious. After making our way through pretty much the whole menu, I can say we are never disappointed! The sushi is phenomenal and always presented so well. Just check out this photo of the fun detail they include (can you see the wasabi shaped like a pumpkin since it’s October?). So much fun! And this was a Monday night when they were unexpectedly busy but the wait staff all were helping each other and still a friendly vibe.

Best Pho this side of the Mississippi, lol! Seriously though, this Pho joint has got to be one of the best in the state! They even serve Sushi, and I don’t just mean your everyday rolls, they have baked, fried, and all the specialty rolls you find at major sushi joints! The atmosphere is fantastic, the service is great (even when the server is training), the staff is knowledgeable, and the menu is pretty vast for a “pho” restaurant! Do yourself a favor, even if you have to travel, and try this place out! You won’t be disappointed! Two thumbs up from this guy ! By the way… the owner is a super fantastic human being… cares so much for his customers and his restaurant!

Service and food – all excellent! Stopped here just before lunch rush and got great service, gyoza dumpling app and rare steak and tendon pho. Really excellent broth- I wish I had added fewer things because it tasted good on its own! I’ll definitely recommend to my pho friends and I’ll be sure to come back to try the sushi.

My husband and I got horrible service from here. A lady server spilled the soup on the table and me. She didn’t say sorry; she just brought more napkins. And other server refilled the drink and put down the cup really hard on the table. Again, he didn’t say anything and overall seemed to have a rather sour attitude throughout the entire meal. We did nothing to cause such negative attitudes and we were not happy about it but we just didn’t say anything. Anyway we will never go back and plz train your workers properly.

The food is always amazing however the service is not always the best. They are nice however it can take about 15-20 minutes just to get your drinks and then another 10-15 before they even take your order. We came tonight with a party of 12 and we were there for 2.5 hours. One hour of it was them trying to figure out how to split our tab. Even when it’s slow at the restaurant, it takes so long to get drinks, food and tab. Again, the food is amazing which keeps us coming back but it does get very frustrating having to wait so long for everything. If the service was better, I would give them 5 stars.
