2 Country ham biscuits and an orange juice, please. Make 1 a meal. Hard to beat. I love their biscuits best and there are many chains to choose from! Somebody noticed and the service has improved. The drive-thru is always busy.

I ordered a Cajun filet biscuit to be cooked fresh. When I reached the window, my order was ready. This, typically, means that it was NOT cooked fresh. When I questioned whether it was fresh, I was assured that it was. However, it certainly WASN’T! The filet was lukewarm and so dry that it was hard to chew and even harder to swallow. Furthermore, the biscuit was burnt. This was a very disappointing visit.

Went on a weekend morning. Store was running short-staffed, so the wait was really long. I noticed the girl-in-training was doing the front of store by herself. She was taking orders up at the register, making the food bags, and handing them out. She was guided by her manager who was split between helping the trainee and helping in the back.

Will NEVER go here again. It took 20 minutes for me to order and get a simple chicken sandwich. By the time I got my food all the ice in my drink had already melted. The drink I should have tried when they handed it to me because they gave me unsweet tea instead of sweet tea. The fries were soggy and mushy with absolutely zero seasoning on them of any kind. No salt, no nothing. The chicken patty on the sandwich was smaller than what they use in their cajun chicken biscuit. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

The food was very good. Cashier and service was nice. Once we sat down we saw some new people came in. Brought a speaker, plugged it up and starting playing music with TONS of profanity. Keep in mind these were regularl customers. I assume they were friends with one of the workers here. This was just sad. They also stopped serving 2 sides with each meal to some with none. And all others with one. We are definitely not coming back for a while. No honey. Fountain Drink station was VERY dirty. One of the loud speaker women stretched herself out on a booth with a pillow and slept. Smh and this place has 4 stars.

This is really sad. I know you must have an issue with hiring people, but make the effort to at least train the people you hire. The serving area that I could see through the Drive through was disgusting, the employees were slow and unresponsive. It appeared that someone returned their meal and the employees at this particular restaurant decided to give it to me. I know you must here hear this ALL THE TIME… But at the risk of sounding redundant, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO A BOJANGLES RESTAURANT. It not worth it

Never again !! The fries were over cooked , hard and cold. The biscuit is self explanatory and the tater tots I ordered had a pool of grease at the bottom of the bag which lets me know they were re-dipped !!

Got in the drive-thru tonight 20 minutes until closing time, which is 10pm. There were 3 cars in front of me that had already ordered. I waited patiently for 10 minutes without anyone taking my order or addressing my existence in the drive thru. Thankfully, a car behind me drove around to get the attention of the workers to find out that they decided to close early and not even let anyone currently waiting to order know this information. The least they could do is turn the drive thru sign lights off or let someone who is clearly waiting know they were short staffed and decided to close early.

Ordered the 2 piece with Mac & Cheese / Dirty Rice. The restaurant was out of some pieces of chicken. I enjoyed the BoJ’s sauce, it tasted like a mixture of white sauce. The chicken wasn’t CRUNCH or Hot, the biscuit was good and the Dirty Rice wasn’t Spicy.
