This Shake Shack location is clean and run very well. The staff is attentive and professional. The food is always hot, fresh and high quality which we appreciate so much. They know how to cook the burgers perfectly juicy and crispy on the edges! We have never had to wait too long even when it is very busy. I tried the limited time bourbon bacon jam burger today and it was amazing. The crinkle cut fries are my favorite (dip them in shack sauce trust me). Their chicken bites are also out of this world. Shake Shack is the kind of food you’ll crave over and over.

Hello Google Family. I have visited the Shake Shack in Ardmore, however, I did not purchase anything. I just looked around. They have another location in Springfield, I have never patronized it. Now I know why. The best thing about this place is the young lady that waited on me and I neglected to get her name. I tried to use the kiosk where you place your order, however there is no option if you wish to pay by cash. There should be in my opinion. I then went to the cashier and asked to order. I had ordered on the kiosk, however since I could not pay by cash, the order disappeared in thin air. They have orders that people had placed online and were waiting to pick up. You give your name and then wait for them to call you. The wait wasn’t too long. What I didn’t like was the appearance of my food. The chicken bites were for Mom and the Avocado bacon burger was for my brother. I disliked that the bacon burger was not placed in a package, like wrapped up, like McDonald’s or Wendy’s or Burger King wraps up their burgers. It was just out. I took pictures of them and I vouched that because of that, I will NEVER, EVER PATRONIZE SHAKE SHACK AGAIN!!!! The food tasted ok, but the appearance of the food, was unappealing!!!! Good night Google Family!!!

We got the shack burger, double cheese burger and chicken nuggets. I had the double with cherry peppers. Had tons of cherry peppers on it. Burgers looks great… but were very thin. The chicken tasted like it was in a pickle brine and was crispy. Fries were very good and very crispy – fresh. Lemonade and their special drinks were very good. This location was clean and tidy. Very fast for 4 meals.

They let us smoke cigars in the patio area while sipping on non-binary chocolate shakes. The food was just ok, we ended up ordering Chinese food and they delivered it right to our table! They even had free RC cars on the cashier table. Super clutch. We also almost saw 2 accidents in the parking lot which kept us entertained.

I’ve been to other locations and this one did not meet expectations. We came to the restaurant around 3pm so it wasn’t busy but somehow, most of the tables were dirty and we had to wipe down a table ourselves. We ordered couple burgers, fries and a chocolate milkshake. The burgers and fries were good but the milkshake tasted stale. I’m not sure if they use a mix for their milkshake and that went stale but we drank what we could and ended up throwing away most of the milkshake.

Food is always made great. Service is always great as they are never too busy to bring your food to the table or make a drink refill. The atmosphere can sometimes be a bit dirty. But that’s not always the case.
