If you want a better chain Pizza go to Marco’s. Love their combo of white and pizza sauce. They have crust toppings choices. Their cheese bread is good and like Dominos used to be. Their garlic sauce is quite good. They have a Drive through which is awesome for a pizza restaurant. They can make a really good pizza (when they want to). Except for one really nice guy their customer service leaves something to be desired.

This place is the worst. We frequent here a few times a month. When we moved to SLC we were so happy that there was a Marco’s – it reminds of home and it’s delicious. However, EVERY TIME without fail they forget something or mess up our order. I’ve literally had them drive back to the restaurant to bring back items they forgot from our delivery. This time, we waited 40 minutes past our delivery time before driving to them to pick up our order ourselves. No apology, just blank stares. AND they were going to forget part of our order lol. It’s just every time. Exhausting. And their phone apparently doesn’t work

Probably some of the best pizza I’ve had in a while. Especially being out of state. My wife is real picky when it comes to food and quality of taste…so when she said that it was great pizza, that’s when I knew this was some good pie. We even ordered every night we were in town.

RUDE staff. If you close at 11….you close at 11. Not 10:30 and not 10:40. I hate to be that guy but I was actually looking forward to getting a pizza here all day. After working all day I barely made it before closing. I was refused and when I asked if I could get a salad instead, they all but said no. Rolled eyes, rude attitude. Just wow. A salad? That’s asking too much? The kicker was when I topped off my drink before I left and was screamed at by some man in the back about how that wasn’t allowed. After they basically gave me the finger and barely allowed me the ‘privilege’ of ordering a salad, I wasn’t allowed to top a drink off? Honestly I was kinda worried they did something to the salad so I honestly didn’t even end up eating it. Sure didn’t look anything like the ones I usually get from the West Valley location….so that was a 9$ drink that I got yelled at for topping off. Honestly the whole encounter blew me away. I’ve just never been treated like this at any of the other locations. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth about Marcos Pizza in general. Absolutely won’t be back.

I’m a door dasher. I door dash here all the time, I know how busy it gets, I never complain. If they say it’s going to be a long wait time, I just assign the order. And leave.

Great customer service here and well staffed. They are attentive to my unusual special instructions on my orders and anytime there has been a mistake (which is rare from here) they are prompt to remake the pizza as needed.

Marco’s is known for it’s pizza but it also has killer subs, fresh salads and hot wings. The store is a remodeled bank with a convenient pick-up window. The crew does a great job of getting the pies out as fast as they can. There is limited dining–approximately 20-30 seats. The store is clean and conveniently located right in the heart of Murray. Gotta love the CheezyBread!
