The food is good and all kind of soup is excellent. However, the customer service from the owner/cashier is extremely bad. He Ignored customer and demand where to seat while we ask for suitable place to stay. Also the girl cover with mask is looking at us with attitude. There is hidden fee when using credit card $1 per dish. Also they demand straight 10% tip if they found the money is not worth. But why we have to give the tip to with bad owner like that ? So unfortunate for this place has these kind of people standing in the cashier.

Nothing fancy, just a small little restaurant that I believe family run. I am very picky about my Pho, and this is the best pho I ever had so far !!! Delicious broth with very generous amount of meat. Dried my bowl almost every single time! Any new suggestions for great Pho is welcome, especially within DMV are.
