The food was SO GOOD! The tacos had full meat in them and the chicken was HUGE! I’m used to the ones around Phoenix where they skimp on the meat and the chicken pieces are tiny. So this was a pleasant surprise! I will say this would have been 5 out of 5, if the bathrooms weren’t so dirty that I had to go across the street afterwards- but otherwise the food was great!

Food and employees were wonderful but the disrtrict manager was having a very disruptive and unprofessional meeting with the store manager in front of customers. Not only this, he was extremely disrespectful and rude to the store manager while we were just trying to enjoy our meal.

Terrible customer service, I show up 45 minutes before posted closing time, doors are locked and they refuse to open the door. I walk to the drive through window which has a long line for cars going through it. I ask the lady at the window if she could take my order since their lobby was closed. She informed me that she can not take an Oder through the drive through without a car. I told her I was a truck driver and that I can’t drive my semi truck through the drive through. She got the manager who refused to serve me. I for one will not be returning to this location.

Placed an order online considering I live an hour away. They did not have the items I ordered, the girl behind the counter was absolutely rude. When I called the store because my drinks were missing I was denied my drinks. Had to call corporate for a partial refund. Employee refused to give me her name or any information for the GM, even after she said she was the GM. Was told to leave my number and I would be called tomorrow. I will never go back to this location again. After reading other reviews it looks like this is just normal service for this place.

I ordered an 8 piece strip meal. And it came with 6 biscuits but I ordered 2 extra biscuits. Which I needed which was not in the bag. I can’t prove it because she didn’t give me a receipt but she quoted back my order correctly. Just disappointed because too far to go back. Next time I will check order at pickup because I know filling an order correctly takes no priority.
