Chicken was dry, overcooked, “stringy”, and very unseasoned. Not sure if the chicken was partially cooked ahead of time (cooked to 60% and once the customer orders the remaining 40% of the chicken will be cooked) to look “fresh”.

Ordered through door dash. Recieved only pay if my order. Called to the store a young lady told ne that she would leave a credit. So here it is later I called the store to just to be sure. The Nigerian who answered was so rude very rude telling me I need to call for dash. Which I would have if i hadn’t been told by the young lady that she would just give me a store credit. I thought everything was fine. They need to be taught how ri talk to customers and resolve issues and not pass along bad info.smh That really left a bad taste in my mouth I will ver sue that I never order from that store again. Horrible customer service I experienced this evening of 7/2/2023. Spoke with manager regarding a refund, he gave me an attitude when I asked for his name and how to spell it and then hung up on me. He does not need to be working customer service. I will take my business to another store.

Any negative reviews about this place are all wrong. The assistant manager was very nice & friendly while taking our order. It took them about 10-15 minutes to finish our food & everything was fresh. Our food was just how we asked for it. 10/10! This is the Wingstop to go to!

I will never eat here again they messed up my food twice .! I found hair fried into my chicken I took it back to the front and asked for the manger he had an attitude and never apologized.! Worst customer service ever.! I never received a refund from my food back to my card! Manger name Xzavier !
