Ok…. you get 4 stars because you’re still Starbucks & I love my Iced Chais. But-good freaking-ness….a line of only 5 cars took 20 minutes. Normal for the Owen Rd Starbucks. S-L-O-W & L-O-N-G lines. I saw a lady 3 cars ahead grumbling and grumping at the drive thru barista. Which also….held up the slowest line. I think I understood after my turn…the employees were messing up inside! I had 4 gift cards given to me from the GB Starbucks for their errors (so fast, so nice!). But one of my cards was blank! Uugghh. I explained this to the barista & she offered to fix it for me. Long story short she couldn’t figure it out & ended up keeping 2 of my gift cards and wouldn’tgive themback. Rather just fixing 1. Wth?! Whatever…. She also proclaimed to me that she didn’t mind messing around with the cards because she was in no hurry. Super.

this starbucks has the sweetest people, i am not having a very good day at work and just been struggling to stay positive. went here on my break and they were so kind, definitely gave me the boost to be more optimistic. on top of that, i’ve been going here for a year almost daily and i’ve never been given the wrong order. 10/10, they make my day better 😀

Very disappointed. My family and I ordered our favorite drinks and only one was satisfactory. We go to Starbucks often but never this location. For some reason 3 out of 4 drinks had a very weak flavor. The barista was an older man with light hair and was the least friendly person I have encountered at any Starbucks. One person in my party said the barista was so miserable that he didn’t dare point out to him that his drink didn’t taste right. Will not be going back to this location.

Waited all day for this caramel macchiato, the poor worker was working alone so I waited patiently for almost half an hour, walked outside with what was suppose to be my deliciously expensive drink and low and behold, I had regular coffee with a little caramel fluid and some cream. I threw it in the trash and will not return.

i love everyone here!!! they’re the sweetest people and even w/ complicated drinks, they’re never snappy or rude in any way. be sure to tip, times are difficult especially as essential workers during covid and i’m sure customers aren’t the kindest to them

I go to this Starbucks a few times a week. Friendliness is hit or miss, but hey, we all have bad days. I’ve only had 2 drinks that were not what I ordered and they always fix it for me.

Great coffee as always. If you use the drive through, I hope Jacob is your barista. Jacob helped me this morning and really brightened my day while helping me use a gift card. Thanks Jacob!

I used to be a barista and I’m incredibly picky, went here today to get a latte with the blonde espresso cause the other Starbucks didn’t have any, and holy moly I’m glad I did. The barista suggested a drink (which is always my favorite thing) with the Chestnut praline and the toasted marshmellow that ended up being so fricken good I’ll probably only go to this Starbucks. Love it

Every single “season drink” is almost immediately sold out. Eggnog latte? Out. Creme Brule latte? Out. Most of the time they don’t have it posted and you don’t know until you order it. One time a barista snottily pointed to the miniscule sign that covered the menu item on the board and said “Didn’t you see the sign?” To which I replied by pointing to the giant sign near the door saying “No. Maybe you should take that sign down, or put a Sold Out sign on that one.”
