Brebirousse
An ooey-gooey wonder sure to please any crowd, with a creamy paste that threatens to run free of its annatto-tinged rind. Luscious and silky enough for brie-lovers, sheepy and full-flavored enough for the most adventurous palate, its bright orange rind refuses to be ignored, but its delicate sweetness balances the buttery intensity with aplomb. Made in Lyon, France, of pure pasteurized sheep milk. Brebirousse (literally: red sheep) is everything we could want in a cheese: savory, creamy, nutty and complex.

Morbier
A semi- hard nutty cow’s milk cheese
A great melting cheese from high in the Alps, Morbier is traditionally made from both the milk gathered in the morning and the milk gathered in the evening. The evening cheese was protected from dirt and insects by placing a layer of spruce ash on top of it. The milk from the net morning’s milking is then placed on top, producing the striking horizontal line directly through the middle of the cheese.
$6.00

This small dining area has such delicious charcuterie boards. We shared a large board which was $52 for the board. You get 2 meats and 3 cheeses with strawberries, grapes and other things added around. Everything about it was so good, would I return that is a yes for me! 10/10 they also have the boards to go if you ever wanna purchase for events for larger sizes they notified you will have to place order online on website. Are you a wine drinker they have happy hour for you they do not have sweet wine just fyi but check it out.

Love this spot in union market! The folks that work there seem to really love what they do…every charcuterie board I’ve ever had there is like a work of art! Definitely cute and bougie…fun for a date night! Union market is pretty chill, but this place feels fancier. I will keep coming back!

This was my first time here, and that’s a sommelier, I must say it was beyond disappointing. Keith, create it one of the most uncomfortable atmospheres I have ever been in my life. He seem to be annoyed that we asked him a question. I understand that people get tired and we all have bad days. However, if you expect me to pay a 300% markup, which is standard and industry for a glass of wine. I’ll at least expect to be treated civilly. Unfortunately, I cannot rate the food here. We left before spending a dime. No a recommendation

Went for a quick snack with friends at around 3 PM on a Sunday. Was a little difficult to find seating to accommodate our group of four sharing a cheese plate. The cheese plate was good, but we didn’t know exactly what was on it and had to guess. Still was really delicious, and we enjoyed our experience.

great place for some casual drinks and food. We loved the carefully crafted cocktail menu. You can tell the staff put a lot of thought into it. We were visiting DC for the weekend and Abel made us feel very welcomed and like we were right at home!

Our charcuterie board had really good cheese but everything else was just average. I really liked the food and wine overall, but the price was really steep for what was offered. $56 for a $19 bottle of wine, and $23 for a very small charcuterie board.
