Ordered a couple flavored lattes. The coffee itself wasn’t bad being illy brand, but they put next to no flavor in it and had a low amount of actual coffee. They charged extra for flavoring so I expected to be able to actually taste it, but could not taste anything but under steamed milk. There was also a surcharge fee added after the total they told me.

The food is outrageous in price and their coffee prices.. the owner is getting loud at you when you tell him that the order is wrong. I don’t like to feel like that. You do want order wrong you fix the order you don’t yell at your customers I will not be coming to this place again… There’s this big round girl that works there and when I been there I’ve seen her not washing her hands… There’s some other employees who look like they’re out of space and have no clue what they’re doing walking around clueless… Just not professional our business like

As a professional manager of many places, I would like to let you know that this place of business at Bliss is very unprofessional. They do not change their gloves when they touch an unsanitary surface or touch money. Sometimes they don’t wear gloves at all and touch the cut customers food, knowing what the rules are about food preparation and what they need to do. They are not doing it as a manager I would not do what this manager does and hire people that are very unprofessional and do not want to do their job. Even the manager himself doesn’t know what he’s doing. It is very pitiful that to have an unprofessional business like this. I did not want to give out a bad review because every place that I go I have given good reviews on but this is a very worst place that I’ve ever been into and it will not come back to it. Again. I feel sorry for bliss that this place is really making its name. Look bad. The coffee is priced too high and I personally feel like that they go up when they feel like it on the prices. As for tubbies, I do not like the way this tubbies serves their food. I’ve gone to another tubby’s and they are fantastic with making their sandwiches and are very professional and greet you very professionally and with a smile. This one does not. They make the sandwiches as if you were ordering a salad sandwich. Forget to me pile on the lettuce instead. I’m most of the surveys that I have taken. The one question is if you were to hire these people, would you hire them? And my answer for this place would be no. I would not hire these people to run my business. I am very sorry that I had to give this place a one but if I would have given it a zero instead. I would never hire employees that would never hire anyone that looks at their customers when they order food as if they were crazy and they don’t really want to do their job and fix the food for them. They are lazy and they do not want to work but instead joke around. So I am telling everyone that reads this review do not go to this bliss. It is very unprofessional and very very unclean and the employees that work there are very loud and very unsanitary. I saw one girl. She’s a little heavy set. She does not even wash her hands and goes and handles the customer’s food. I myself would not accept the food because of that and because that I know what they are supposed to do and they are not supposed to be handling food without gloves and washing their hands and keeping the food at the right temperature and so forth. I have worked for a bakery and I’ve worked for a deli in a big well-known supermarket and I do know what food preparation has to do. I don’t see anyone wearing hairnets or anything that is mandatory for them to wear. . If I had to hire anyone I would definitely not hire these people at all. They are not hireable people y because they are never on time. They’re always joking around and not doing their jobs and they are very unsanitary and unprofessional

We stopped by to check this place out. The inside looked clean and organized but we went through the drive thru. We ordered a root beer float that was better than A&Ws and my waffle cone ice cream blend swirl was divine. Reasonably priced. It seems like a low key place so it wasn’t packed like DQ and Rick answered our questions and provided good customer service. It’s by a busy road so I had to speak up. This was a great first impression. I’ll try to provide a photo and my ice cream was bigger than it looks like in the picture!
