Once we paid at the window we were immediately parked in the parking lot to wait which was fine until we were there for 15 minutes and I watched car after car go through the line and get their order. I finally got tired of waiting so I went back inside where our bag of food was sitting on the counter. The guy in the window (same guy that took payment and parked us) seen me heading inside so he grabbed my food and gave it to me. After being there for almost half an hour for a salad and 2 plates I was given the wrong dressing for my salad and did not get the extra sauces I paid for.

So I stopped in the drive thru today. Girl comes on and says “can you hold for a moment please” no problem. So I sit there for about 5 minutes, then the intercom starts crackling a few times. Don’t hear anyone but just crackles from time to time. Wait another 5 minutes so I pull around to the window. Girl come to the window so I explain to her that I thought maybe the intercom was having issues. She say “nope I told you to hold we can’t take your order now”. Are you kidding me!! I’ll never be back to this place.

I prefer to eat vegetarian salad at Zaxby as it is good option and perfect meals at dinner. It was salad with bread and dressings options. My friend gave me nice treat. I will definitely order food for me again as it is budget friendly too.

It looks to be somewhat of a hit or miss with this Zaxbys, but I was absolutely thrilled. It was not busy when I went Sunday night, and I ordered large fries — usually this only means 2 or 3 more than regular fries @ other Zaxbys. However, I definitely got LARGE fries, and everything tasted brilliant. Absolutely thrilled.

I bought 2 four piece dinners & asked for bar b Que sauce they hand me 1.. I’m like I need at least 2 please they looked at me like I’m crazy ! I don’t like the Zaby’s sauce trade me out for bar b Que . I know people are greedy but at least 1 packet per dinner . Unreal ! Lost my business .

Never am happy with the takeout. I’ll always be missing the forks, if anything I receive 1 for a meal meant for 4. The bagging itself is always confusing, hard to tell what order is which. The fries are always disappointing, doesn’t matter if they’re slow or busy – the fries always come out soggy and gross.
