Ordered chicken and hush puppies. Paid $16 to get 5 smaller than bite sized hush puppies. Asked to get at least get more. Said they would drop more. Waited for them to bring out TWO raw puppies. Never again. Photo shows how small the original ones they handed me are to the normal sized ones.

Came to this restaurant 6/9/23 the drive-through attendant was rude, had a bit of an attitude. Told us to park by the blue pole. No problem, brought our food out, missing out food. Went back around and got the missing food. Coleslaw tatses & looks like its been frozen & thawed. Fries were cold and soggy.

I came through for a fish chicken and shrimp combo and a fish and chicken combo. I told the cashier it’s been 15 years sense I’ve been here, while I was going over the menu to decide what to order, the cashier kept interrupting me asking me is that all, it’s that all after every word I said. After fighting to speak my order I kindly asked for tater sauce packets because I wasn’t sure if they charge (some places charge for sauce) she even interrupted that and said I won’t remember. Mention it at the window. So when I pulled up and exchange money for the drinks I reminder her about the tarter sauce. She rudely said, “I KNOW”. When I received my order I quickly check it and there wasn’t tarter sauce. So I reminded her again and she rolled her eyes huffed slammed the window and came back with tarter sauce. After the constant interruptions, the rude service, and just plain disrespectfulness, I will not be returning. The food was fresh but that doesn’t make up for how I was treated. The manager also seemed under the influence. While he was apologizing for her behavior he was slurring his words and wouldn’t look at me, after mumbling the apology he slammed the window and walked away. You’re store is suffering with bad management and employment.

Young lady who took my order her name was Monique definitely deserves some short of reward. Shes new but so sweet and has given people a chance to take as much time as they need for their orders. She’s done so well with boxing up the food and doesn’t just throw it in a random spot. Also many other great and friendly staff but everytime I’ve been there Monique had been so happy and friendly. Great food and would definitely recommend.

I’ve only been here twice and the first time you had no cod fish. Today you have no crab cakes and no cocktail sauce!!! Now I have been waiting for 30 minutes in the drive thru (blue spot)for an order of clams and a 3 piece shrimp!!! This is RIDICULOUS I have never seen anything like this place and I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!

Extremely Disappointed!!! On May 19th we ordered online & were given a 6:05pm pickup time. My husband sat at the order window until 6:15pm before someone told him that he had to come inside to pick up. This was annoying, but he went inside as instructed. He stood at the counter listening to the staff banter back n forth with each other, including swear words, before they noticed he was standing there (as if they didn’t recall that is what they had just told him to do). We ordered the 16 pc Family Meal, but were shorted 16 Hushpuppies, and the quart of cole slaw was less than 1/2 full. Paid $50 for the meal, and was shorted $14.94 worth of food. The staff were rude and acted as if picking up our order was an inconvenience to them. Overall, it took over 30 minutes on-site to pick up our meal.

Friendly person working drive thru, fresh made food, all fish/chips, fries, hush puppies and slaw were great. I know the difference, I have enjoyed Long John Silvers for 50 years! The Long John’s just south if Worthville Rd is one I will recommend!
