I have ordered delivery from this location multiple times when I worked at the hospital close by. Everyone was always friendly. My food was always delivered quickly and my order correct. There saying is “Freaky Fast” and I must agree with it because today I ordered at 1:32 and my order was delivered at 1:35. Now that is freaky fast!!

This location is very unprofessional. After 13 minutes we finally get to place our order even though we were the only people in line. Another 5 minutes to pay because the cashier isn’t capable of doing math on bills bigger than a fifty. Then we finally got our sandwich and it was so totally wrong. Had to go back in and get my own cheese and pretty much remade my whole sandwich in the car.

Worst Jimmy John’s experiences that I have had. I am allergic to tomatoes – and they still put them on my sandwich when requested to leave them off. Also cancel my order through the app. No phone call or discussion why. Save yourself the hassle and order something else.

Very disappointed with the expierence i just had at this location. I ordered online for delivery. Recieved the email that my order was confirmed. I “tracked it” and it just kept saying order recieved. After almost an hour, i called the store and the guy tells me “oh we tried to contact you i dont have any delivery drivers at the store but i issued you a refund and a $5 credit.” I never recieved a call from anyone. Or even an email for that matter. The charge is also still showing on my bank app. So lets see if the “refund” ever comes through. And i also didnt recieve any credit email or text notification of any kind. Seriously upset right now. I guess im just going to have to start ordering from davis hwy instead.

Food was good, but the time it took to prep the sandwich was slower than usual. Normally, I haven’t completed paying for order and sandwich is waiting for me to pick up. Here, I waited several minutes after paying to get my order. It was still quicker than some other fast food restaurants, but no quicker than Subway or Jersey Mike’s.

Never have delivery drivers anymore. I suggest calling ahead before making delivery order or else they’ll call to cancel your order. Jimmy John’s is made for deliveries and this location NEVER has drivers.
