I believe in customer service and I know the manager there at this Taco Bell is too. He is the best manager and I know he would be so disappointed in the service i just received here tonight. They messed my order up… ok fine. No Chipotle melts… instead something i did not order… Gave me cinnamon twist with no cinnamon and sugar which tells me the degree of effort they put in on this shift… got 2 sides of sour cream with barely any sour cream in it and when I brought the food back (after already getting home) she instead of trying to correct the order she told me she could not fill the sour cream any more because of portion control. I get mistakes happen… people are human and I eat here at least 4-5 times a week… but her customer service dealing with a small mistake which could’ve been so easily corrected if it weren’t for her arrogant attitude. I returned everything and left. The boy are the window was very sweet and nice and the manager is great. Most of the time great service! This girl dropped the ball.

My one star is not for the food,service or atmosphere it is due to pricing and serving sizes and false charges. Ordered 2 soft beef tacos,added chicken for 1,5o got 3 small thin slivers,also added steak 1,70 4 small tiny slivers. When I opened them up was very disappointed, . If you go in for just soft chicken tacos they say swap meat but charge the price of the taco and the upcharge which is indeed not a swap. Your better off adding chicken as you pay the same price. They are a total rip off. Scammed and not liking it. I will go to Chipotle instead. The bell used to be a good value but not anymore with the deception going on and the ridiculous size of the food for the upcharge .

Last night at Taco Bell, I encountered incredible rudeness at Sandalfoot, Boca Raton, 33428. Remove this African-American from the distribution, he will scare away all your customers!!!
