These people are so AWESOME…We had a party of 6 out of town workers and even tho their dining room is not open let us eat inside. Nicest people you will EVER MEET…Food was DELICIOUS. Definitely going back when we are in Heidelberg.

Good food. I always order Lemon Pepper Wings so I can definitely recommend those. I would have given 5 stars but I hate the fact that I can call my order in ahead of time with the hopes that when I get there it will be ready but it’s never ready, in fact they don’t start cooking it until I pull up. Which isn’t totally a big deal because the food is indeed hot & fresh but sometimes I just want to get my food & leave because who wants to wait 8-15 minuets for something that should’ve been prepared before I arrived, especially considering the fact that I called it in ahead of time. Can’t discredit their food but customer service is horrible. Ordered 24 piece of wings (12) honey garlic, (12) barbecue, they were all mixed together in one plate. No problem with them being in the same plate but It was hard to distinguish which was which. I can’t eat barbecue sauce. I have placed this exact order with them several times, usually they are separated with foil or wax paper to avoid CROSS CONTACT. Contacted the restaurant and spoke to workers and owner, they were all agressive and stated it was my fault of course! A simple apology and u can come back and pick up an order of spicy garlic, or new order, or half order up would’ve been acceptable.. also explained cross contact with the owner and she stated it was not
