AWFUL customer service! The food can taste good for all I care but if the service is awful that makes anyone less likely to go. Just placed an order on the phone and the girl greets me with “Chely’s.” She talks to me like if I was her friend not in a friendly way but more in a “she’s too comfortable” type of manner. It’s my very first time ordering from here and even my husband agreed that she had no patience what so ever. Who says “k bye” to a customer? The employees at Pizza Hut in the hood have given me better service.

I’d give them a five because I love their pizza. It’s my go to pizza I like to order from but, if you’re going to order online, fair warning… they sometimes do not check if they received an online order. I placed my order and got an estimated time. That time passed and was drawing close to an hour when I got a call from them asking me if I placed an online order and if payed with card, then told me in 45min will be ready… not the first time it has happened. Overall great place.

Just started working 2 blocks from this place and decided to try the food. I walk in and was not greeted, glanced at the pizza slices and decided to order an Italian Beef Deluxe (comes w/fries). The girl just said are you ready with your order…I bring it back to my office and it was the most Tasteless sandwich…the fries were better. Had to use the salt/pepper to make it taste like something…asked them to dip it and dry as the napkins they gave me. I will try them one more time…I hope the owner reads and tries to reply to this and other comments that have been left on their site.

They’re new in the neighborhood so hopefully they change the pizza ingredients or at least add more flavor to the sauce. It’s way too acidic and not enough flavor. Pizza Platter was simple yet satisfying and worth the price. This location has room for improvement.
