Bar/Restaurant with great views of the valley. Located in a hotel which makes accessibility a slight pain, but the food and service is worth it. Monday nights are top pick. It is their steak night. You can get a NY Strip for 13 bucks with a baked potato, cheesy garlic bread, and a huge Italian salad. You can’t beat it. The atmosphere is laid back yet sophisticated. Staff is super friendly and service is top notch.

Excellent Italian food! Linguine with meatballs (the best!) and sauce. Also chicken parm. Great comfort food for travelers. Great service, friendly and attentive. The bar was busy and friendly. We were staying at the hotel and decided to just go up in the elevator to this restaurant and were really happy we did.

Omg their wings are insane! The Cajun dry rub is my favorite wing in a 30-mile radius. You know the argument of flats vs drums? It seriously does not matter if you’re eating wings at Undo’s West. Wing night is every Wednesday and the pepperoni bites appetizer is also incredible.

The start of my experience was great but quickly declined. I was staying at the Wingate and it was the obvious choice for dinner since we did not have to go anywhere. Salad and bread was excellent. As soon as our meals arrived it all went downhill. There was a hair in my pasta. It was quickly replaced with an apology by the manager. My seafood was overcooked. The fish was decent but rubbery as well as the shrimp, clams, and calamari. The pasta was very watered down. Our server was very apologetic. Our service was great but the kitchen did not live up to expectations. Needless to say I returned most of my meal. I was not charged for my meal thankfully. Only reason I would return is for the bread.

Went for a banquet, and the chair covers had holes in them. The room had confetti on the floor, and some of the tablecloths had stuff on them. Don’t get me wrong, it looked beautiful, but up close, you could visibly see that the stuff needed washed and replaced.

So my first time going to undo’s was fantastic. I got myself the Italian hoagie and it came with just the meat on the bread and you had to put the banana peppers, black olives, tomato, lettuce, onions on yourself and it came with a side of Italian dressing that I just dipped the sandwich in and then a side of kettle cooked chips. I got to say it was all fantastic. Definitely going to be going back while I am here. Definitely recommend to anybody who loves good food.

Gyro was tasteless, nieces salmon was very, very dry& hard, broccoli bland, wings cooked until they were dried out, Alfredo spaghetti hmmm, regular spaghetti was pretty sweet, meatballs were edible, salad actually was tasty.
