Ordered food at couter. Received cups and table number. Waited a reasonably short time for food to arrive. Was told that they would bring bread sticks soon. 20 minutes later, still no bread sticks. My wife loves them and decided to walk to counter to get them.(she walks with a cane because of balance issues) If we knew that we had to get our own, we would have before our food became stone cold. A favorite place for us to eat has now become one that we will no longer eat at. The other elderly couple had to go to counter to get their bread sticks as well. We noticed other people around us getting them with their meals. I guess if you are an older couple, you get ignored. Shame on you Fazolis!

This is one of our family favorites when we’re looking for an affordable sit-down OR a drive-through meal! We us their app and there are always really great coupons! This location has always been quick, fresh and friendly! My son is a breadstick beast and they’re always more than happy to give him more!

I enjoy the spicy baked Ziti with sausage, and the breadsticks are amazing. Always a clean restaurant and not too busy usually. Quick lunches, so even if you only have 30 minutes, you can still have a decent meal on your break. I eat here at least once a week. The Italian sub is tasty as well, I prefer the sub without the relish they put on it. That’s just my opinion on the way it tastes.

The ladies servicing our requests are really great, worked together, helped us. Now between the baked spaghetti or raviolis, the raviolis are way more flavorful. Personally that’s what I would go back for. Also the entrees are two breadsticks per order. Thanks guys!
