Was told 20 minutes for chicken. No problem we had 30 minutes available to pick up our son from soccer around the corner 18 minutes in employee comes out to ask for our receipt because they hadn’t dropped our chicken. After a few minutes I go in to get an estimate so we can decide to grab child or wait. Employee gets nasty with me for asking telling me we were told it would be a while. 37 minutes later we received chicken. Taste great & would not have been a big deal with a little courtesy. Drive thru guy was perfectly nice, but gal dropping chicken was ridiculous.

I ordered 12pc nugget combo. My fries were not the best but I tolerated it. My biscuit was very hard and thankfully the nuggets were decent. I ordered a sweet tea and unfortunately the tea was extremely old tasting. I asked the person to try it their self and he refused maybe because he knew it was bad! He remade the tea immediately which was nice but he couldn’t really understand my English which made it difficult to get assistance. Stopped by at 10:50 and the doors were still locked. Hours of operation states it opens at 10:30 a.m. Once I was let inside, I was informed it would be atleast 20 minutes before any kind of chicken would be ready. WHY would a chicken establishment wait until AFTER opening to begin cooking something that needs this much time to prepare? When I stated my surprise, the staff didn’t seem to care one bit! Whomever owns this franchise should be concerned that there are SO many negative reviews for this location. I know I myself will never be back.

Ordered 12 piece nugget meal and received cold fries. Ask for fresh fries and fresh nuggets as well. Got home and was given a 8 piece nugget and fries. Went back to store informed them of mistake they first denied it then made me fresh food and served me under cooked chicken nuggets at this point I left the food and money. I give them -10!!!!

Customer service was Terrible, Pops We’re Flat with no ice and the boy at the drive thru Had the nerve to say oh Yall want ice AS IF you don’t Put ice in a Fountain Drink. Chicken sandwich wasn’t a sandwich it was chicken tenders threw On a bun with sauce and pickles. Mac and Cheese was cold, and Gross. And They had the nerve to literally give me 10 fries.

Ordered put pie first time. Literally 1 tiny sliver of chicken in my pie and my husband’s as well only 1 sliver, his was a bigger sliver. No veggies, it was flavorless, and seemed like a pile of creamy mashed potatoes and gravy with a crust.

How y’all sell chicken, but DON’T have any chicken!!?? This location is TRASH!!!! The workers are always rude, and today they told us we can get a pot pie, but ALL the chicken would be another 45 minutes. I don’t want pot pie, and if I did, I’d go somewhere that actually knew how to cook a good pot pie, not some dry fast food wannabe. I WANT chicken. KFC is way too overpriced to be considered fast food and ain’t nobody waiting 45 minutes for y’all to cook chicken.

The last two times I’ve been to this particular KFC I left empty handed! First time the two cars in front of me drove straight through from the order station. My turn, I was told there was a 20 minute wait. The second time after I ordered they told me to pull forward and to my surprise 6 cars were ahead of me. After waiting over 20 minutes I was told they were out of pot pies. I got my money back and WILL NOT return to this location!!

Looks like they gave me the 4 smallest kfc nuggets in my mac n cheese bowl. It looks pitiful. At least when they saw how little they were, they could’ve added 2 more in. Usually at other KFCs, I see 5 or 6 nuggets anyway. Lastly, the drive-thru person did not give me a receipt.
