The food isn’t bad, I actually enjoy it. I would love it if they could get my order right at least one time. Every time I order for takeout that’s either online through the app or in person they have me waiting for almost an hour or so, and most of the time when they park me outside I have to remind them of my existence at least at the 40 min mark for just a sandwich and a drink.

We went and ordered salads, to gi for dinner. They were gross, all kinds of slimy brown lettuce, covered up on the bottom of the salad. We threw most of our dinner away. If we weren’t on the opposite side if town, they woukd have been returned. It was disgusting. Do better youvare going to make someone severely sick. It will be a long time before we try it again

FOH Emily or Emma not sure don’t care. Despite reading all the reviews I decided to go in and check it out. I didn’t wait an hour. However, I did wait 30 minutes I watch the people in front of me leave, receive their order and eat it leave. Then I seen three other customers come in and leave with their Togo order. There’s nobody else in the building. Where is my food, I asked for a refund they gave me the refund for the sandwiches. I had my drinks and eat my cookie. As for customer service goes it’s s$&?!, you make your customer wait, help others I guess. I did get a refund with out a problem, and you don’t offer nothing don’t even apologize nothing Very disappointed.

First time eating at a McAlister’s and I enjoyed my meal immensely. This place reminds me of Panera Bread back at home. The establishment has a cozy cafe feel. The employees are super sweet. I ordered the Southwest chicken sandwich which hit the spot!

First time there and the last time. Ordered one sandwich at the drive thru and was asked to waiting in asking spot B. One sandwich……35 minutes later I had to walk inside and ask for an update, no one had a clue where my order was. One of the women in there knew about it but seemed like it was never started. So I politely asked for a refund. Lets hope that actually gets done correctly. Lol. Once again, first time there and the last time. ✌️

No matter how early I place a to go order, they always wait until I get there to start my order and have me waiting an hour. They only have one person working front of house when they need two or three. They have one person taking orders, bagging food, making drinks, taking food to tables, etc. It’s funny to watch it because about half of the people that walk through the door immediately leave when they see how long the line is. I guess the owner doesn’t understand they are missing out on a lot of business by short staffing the restaurant.

I waited for 15 min in the drive-through as I watched employees sit in their phones. I grew impatient, so I went inside. The one cashier was polite and prompt, as others say around, doing nothing. I would have to conclude that it stems from improper management. The food was good, holding to McAlisters tradition of quality. However, if the staff is not held to the same quality standards, the latter will decline.
