Went here and grabbed some of the lunch specials with friends. I was worried the service would suffer because there was a large party going on that could easily distract the staff. Fortunately the service was great and so was the food. While the food is decent, I wouldn’t want to pay full menu price for it, so I recommend sticking to the specials.

Nice ambiance, modern and lively! After reading mixed reviews my family and I gave it a try. The outdoor patio is nice and the service was good. Outside of that I would rather go to a restaurant chain. The food was lack luster and has no seasoning. We had the nachos pretty boring and the chili sauce was gross and didn’t help. The patty melt was decent and the coleslaw was ok. The bacon cheeseburger was mediocre and the chicken sandwich was not good at all. We also got a small pizza that want very good. I’ve had frozen pizza that was much better. We spent a fair amount of money ($100) and based on the prices the food didn’t meet expectations.

Our first visit to Up North Ale House was a pleasant surprise. Living in Naperville.for the last 10 years I had never heard of it, but glad I discovered it. There was something on the menu for everyone in my family and the food was delicious. Prices were very reasonable! The salmon was fresh and cooked perfectly. I had grilled wings and they were great! There was a nice large outdoor seating area and we’ll definitely be back.

My husband and I have been here before and the food is always amazing. We brought our family here for Father’s Day yesterday and you guys did not disappoint. The food and service was very good. I highly recommend the short rib alfredo and wings. Our waitress Samantha was very sweet and she did a great job handling a large party by herself.

Large, varied menu that included a good number of gluten-free options (and GF buns). Great selection of beer, ciders and mixed drinks for all tastes. Service was prompt and attentive. Our waitress did a great job of double checking that some of the food was OK for my GF to eat (very appreciated). Large dining space yet it never felt too loud even with a mostly packed dinner time. We are already talking about coming back soon and trying the pizza and wings after having delicious burgers.

First time trying this newer spot and enjoyed the atmosphere. Brian our server, helped us navigate the menu and made great first time recommendations. He was great! Definitely want to come back to visit on a Monday or Thursday to try the Chicken Wings. The decor was clean and simple yet inviting. Great space in the back for a larger group.

We have been here a few times with the kids….and also without them. Nikos was amazing when we came the first time! The second time we showed up, they were so busy that Dave, the General Manager, was serving and helping out his team. The food is delicious, and the service will take care of you no matter WHAT the circumstances. Highly recommend!!!
