Ordered my meal online & was informed it would be ready at a set time. We arrived 5 minutes after the scheduled time and the food wasn’t ready- we were asked to park & we did & staff had us waiting for over 30 minutes- when we went to the doors to ask about the status of our meal they ignored us and shooed us away. Meanwhile they marked the order as completed in the app despite us never receiving the food we paid for. Eventually we had to leave to avoid being late to work.

Bought two big plates from here. Everything was all great, nice until it was time to pay. Employee Angelina didn’t ask if i wanted drinks (totally fine) told her please add two. Long story short. She added one. After i walked out of the store she comes yelling at me for not paying for 1 drink. She accused me of purposely not paying for one. Not even oh maybe it was a mistake. I grabbed two drinks because she walked away after i payed because i asked for TWO drinks for my TWO PLATES Employee argued with me. Called me the B word. Told me I am not professional when i told her she wasn’t being professional. I submitted this to corporate complaints. Waiting for a last email from the direct manager from here for at least an answer about this from the manager. Still waiting. This happened 5/31/23. I do not recommend this Panda Express. This situation is so disappointing and upsetting.

Terrible customer service. Walked in 40 minutes to close and ordered 3 plates of double orange chicken and chow mein and was told they couldn’t make the third plate. When we altered the order we were then told they couldn’t do 2 of the plates with orange chicken. We changed it to broccoli beef and teriyaki then the staff making the food had attitude and said they couldn’t do it that it was literally 40 minutes to close. The lady helping us told her “well do you want to tell her it’ll be a long wait or should I” with attitude. They continued to say it would be a 10 minute wait for chow mein and the beef. We were fine with that, just annoyed by the attitude. They then continued to put up more orange chicken and said “more chicken up”. So I proceeded to ask if we could change it back to what we originally wanted. They continued to have attitude as I pointed out that’s originally wanted but they said they were out. I walked out in frustration while my boyfriend stayed inside to pay. When I walked back in, a line formed and they were given no attitude, and the First Lady that puts together the sides was not wearing gloves while she scooped up food into the plates and bowls for other customers. I’ve been here before and this was the worse service I’ve ever had. I also work in customer service and understand when it’s late, you don’t want to do anything. But when you are frustrated like that you do NOT take it out on the customers.

Service is awful. Most of their dishes were empty. 7 employees behind the counter with only one cooking and another filling orders and another handling the drive-thru. 4 employees, including manager based on the black shirt being worn, just stood around talking and laughing, ignoring the long line of people waiting to order and have orders filled. Several people had to request redos on their food because the food had gone cold while they waited for it. Absolutely ridiculous.

The store closes at 10pm but the stop making food at 9pm!? Including the most popular entree – orange chicken. This is ridiculous! They lo eked their doors at 9 so we waiting 20 min in the drive thru line to then be told they had 2 entree options at 9:20pm.

3 employees chatting outside while there’s a long line of cars they had park curbside. Every time I come here my order is GUARANTEED to be wrong. That’s there motto at this location. I waited 15 minutes for my food only for it to be wrong. Theres no point of getting it corrected. Everyone looked lost in the restaurant. I give everyone grace but this was a simple order. Half fried rice, greens and Beijing beef. Easy peasy!
