Food was better than I expected. My husband got fries and they cooked them fresh. The ribs were tender and perfectly smoked. I am judegmental of coleslaw and theirs is exactly how I make mine. The service was great and the staff was helpful with any questions I had. Will definitely go again!

It’s my second and probably last time ordering brisket from this restaurant. The meat was dry and cold (it only took us 10-min home to serve). Wish them do a better job in serving better meat in the future.

Today was their grand opening. For the first day it went pretty smooth. Service was great, food was delicious and portions were perfect. Lots of room inside for family or small group sit downs. They had an issue with the card system.. Manager told us to sit, relax, eat and they’ll get it working.. which they did by the time we left. Norwich needed this.

Our family was recently in for a luncheon after a funeral, we were able to do it buffet style in the back room by the bar and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Staff were very accommodating including putting on a kids show for our young ones in attendance, food was great and overall very happy with our experience. We enjoyed the half-price bone-in very much on the 4 of July at the Norwich location. So I invited bunch of people to come back the next 1/2 price week and try them.They came from many miles away some were on their way when we got there to order. The time was around 7:15 p.m. and we were we were told they didn’t have any bone-in wings available. The only offered boneless wings and no other consolation for our request for the bone-in wings. We had to call and cancel all of our people with some of them were too far along to stop. We all decided to leave and go elsewhere to eat because of this. I told the man behind the counter to let Drew know that we were very disappointed in this situation. I doubt we’ll ever go back. If a business is going to advertise a product and it wasn’t even near closing time then I hope this review sets well with the future public.

I’m not a huge fan of the setup, and the portions are smaller than I’d prefer. But overall the food was good, I highly recommend the creamed spinach. And the sauce marked “SW” was great (not sure what that meant)
