It’s refreshing to find a Chipotle where everything works well and smoothly. Several other locations around Boston have deteriorated, perhaps due to staffing shortage. But this place still runs smoothly, clean interiors, quiet atmosphere (no loud music), good service, juice and soda fountains in good working order, clean restrooms (without having to ask for a code).

Usually decent, but sometimes I feel that people here are trying to help me loose weight by making my burrito half of the size I usually get:). I told a guy at the cashier and he’s like ‘really depends on who makes it’ and went back in kitchen and ignored me lol.

So far my best chipotle experience bring back in MA. Feels very much like a denver area chipotle. It was clean, fast service and good atmosphere. Only issue was it was rather warm with no air on, other then that if my work brings me back down in this area I will definitely come back.

I’m a regular here for lunch and sometimes it’s really good, other times just passable. Burrito bowl is usually tasty and a safe bet, but it seems like based on who’s working the quality of food and service varies quite a bit. Jan 2020, quality continues to drop. A few unfriendly staff members and salt chunks frequently in the food. Blah, i think I’m done here.

Always horrible experience when I arrive to Chipotle. I’m doing Ubereats, when I arrived to the store I learned that 5 other drivers have been waiting here for their orders for a while. Staff seem overwhelmed and place seems short staffed. I saw similar problems in number of other stores in Boston Area.

Careful when ordering from the app. This location decided to turn my burrito into a burrito bowl. After confronting them and them trying to correct it, they proceed to add toppings i didn’t ask for.. all is well though. After reporting it to corporate.. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE YOU LEAVE!

Very good food. Restaurant meets expectations for the Chipotle Branch. But many of the current employees seem unaware of accommodations for those with celiac disease. Step 1.) Change your gloves 2.) Use the new cheese you keep under the counter that hasn’t been contaminated by your gluten gloves from previous orders.
