We didn’t have a reservation and did not want to wait an estimated hour so we left. The hostess ran after us and apologized for the confusion. I appreciated that as she did not have to chase after us as we were already so far from the restaurant.

Loved Fiorella! Our experience was incredible! Service was polite and efficient during our visit. Loved the atmosphere which featured tasteful Italian-related decor in a comfortable, candlelit dining area. The menu was simple but filled with several delicious options at a reasonable price point for quality. My margherita pizza was cooked perfectly and so tasty despite its simple ingredients. Will definitely be back!

Per usual everything was absolutely incredible! The chicken cutlet is bar far THE BEST chicken cutlet around. The cacio e pepe is also delicious and cheesy. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate and the service is also exceptional. This restaurant never disappoints!!

Service was the highlight for our visit. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Plus, the kitchen wasted no time! We had our food quick, and everything was correct. However, they don’t offer many non-alcoholic drinks. My wife and I don’t drink alcohol, and we could either have Mexican Coke or seltzer water. With the rise of non-alcoholic drinks, this selection disappointed us. This may seem minor, but it’s a priority for us to feel comfortable.

A very unique and pleasant atmosphere. I loved the food and the options available were all very thoughtfully crafted and designed. So much so that you are actually not allowed to substitute different sauces with different pastas!

My favorite restaurant in Rochester. Anytime someone asks for “good Italian,” this is where I send them. Everything is homemade and fresh. They have the BEST chicken cutlets!

The food is 10/5 and the service is fantastic. One star off the atmosphere because it gets a little loud, but that tiny gripe is insignificant given the total experience. One of Rochester’s best.

This place is where simplicity and perfection meet. Every plate is perfectly prepared and the ingredients seem very fresh and clean. Best Cacio e pepe I have ever had, hands down. A perfect chicken cutlet and fresh salad. Pizzas are in a league of their own with perfectly risen dough and ingredients that just work in harmony with each other. Staff doesn’t seem to change over, and are super friendly every visit. One of my top picks for lunch in Rochester.

We wanted to dine in but waitress said fully reserved even though it was table outside, so we take out. Pizza was really delicious as we used to eat in Napoli.

We haven’t been to Fiorella in a few years and that’s a bad move on our part. We reserved a table outside on a beautiful evening and had a wonderful meal. We loved it! Started with our go-to appetizer of fried calamari. Yum! My partner had the Mafaldine pasta with mushrooms, yellow and zucchini squash, and spinach in a deep flavored sauce. “Magnificent”. I have been wanting to try the Cacio e Pepe and it was amazing. Our server Marco was perfectly attentive without being smothering. Matched with a night of perfect weather and bottle of Pinot Grigio… how can you go wrong?
