I Ordered a pizza for $8.75 & I picked it up & paid with a debit card at the Pea Ridge AR. Domino’s carry out window. The next day my banking had a charge for $24.07, instead of $8.75, the Manager Mike, is giving me the run around & he gave me the number for a Springdale office & it ended up being their Pay-roll department! I have all my receipts to show proof!!! This employee is a very skinny white male, young, he either wrote in a nice tip or rung up the wrong order, I’m not sure how, because the ticket was with the pizza. I would not trust this store with your debit card, pay in cash or online in advance.

Thin pizzas are way over cooked, we paid for extra cheese on 3 pizzas & still did not get it, especially on the thin crusts, not covered fully & definitely not extra cheese like we paid for! We have received burned pizzas before w/absolutely no cheese because they forgot to add any, the quality is just not there, they refuse to put any cheese & little toppings on their pizzas, I’ve even discussed this with management, how many times do we have to keep taking pizzas back to have them re-done the right way; it is ridiculous, never have I had this issue at the Lowell, AR, Domino’s location. Apparently management wants their monthly bonus & in order to get it, they cut back on food costs & save the store money & do their customers wrong, to do so, this is not a way to do business. I CANNOT recommend this location. They will lose customers. Any one whom orders here & if they mess up big time, on their order, they need to take the food back & have them remade, hopefully this location will keep having enough unsatisfied customers & enough pizzas/food re-made, to where they realize they are not saving & losing customers in doing so. For a Brand New location, they can do better, this is not ok, to be re-peat offenders on doing this over & over to your customers

Driver ( Brayden) was very quick and took no time at all very sweet and he looked like nick Jonas very random but the food smelled amazing and fresh very glad they put a domino’s in pea Ridge convenient and dangerous lol but soo good I waaaay better and cheaper than Pizza Hut!! Love love love
