Omg. Run away. I Bought two DLT black beans Tacos. Check pictures, and it will tell you a lot more than words. If possible, Choose other option for food. Lettie was literally ice. Lol literally iceberg lettuce. It was frozen. Lol I wish I would never bought at this place. Pictures pictures pictures

If you want to wait over thirty minutes for a mobile order this is the place to go! Grabbing a quick dinner on a week night turned into spending almost an hour waiting. The food quality isn’t better than the wait. I would think with it taking that long my order would at least be correct. Having to wait longer for them to fix it. I suggest going somewhere else, or just eating a sandwich at home.

My co worker asked me to take her to pick up her order She ordered at 11:30 on the mobile app, We did not get our food and leave until 1 it took that long for them to fix our food because the cooks in the kitchen were skipping orders there was one young man working on the board for mobile app orders and front counter…he was moving as if he didn’t fill like working …i mean slow as hell and a lot of orders wasn’t showing up on the screen either some customers had to tell the cooks what they order so they could fix the food and there was a lady on front counter passing out orders wrong. So yeah it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at taco bell hopefully the last.

Door states open to 10 PM or later. Arrived at 8:30, car in parking lot, lights on but drive thru is abandoned with no one taking orders, checked and found doors locked and the employee sitting in customer area on her phone. Have no idea what is going on. This is the second bad experience at this location since it opened less than a month ago. Find somewhere else for your hunger. This location stinks.

After placing my order and waiting over 10 minutes just to get to the window. I waited another 3 minutes for the young lady to finally come over and asked me what I needed. Didn’t even have my order. I drove off. I don’t recommend this taco bell

Put in a mobile order, was told needed to come inside. Came inside. Six people behind the counter, talking, walking around. When they finally got around to asking if I had ordered, took them another ten minutes to even start making the order, despite the lack of customers. Had others come in, order, get their food, and leave. Saw another customer order, have their cash toted around the store for awhile, even as the store filled up more and more. Had three others come into the store, order, get their food before me, and leave. Multiple customers came in, waited, then left. Never being acknowledged by anyone there. Saw three sitting in the office, eating Popeyes and talking. By far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell

Got my order via drive thru. Young girl was not personable. Told person in drive thru not lettuce 3 times. Got all the way home everything was covered with lettuce. Tried to call and was sent to voice-mail. I drove up to drive thru the same young lady asked me to come inside. I came inside and the nice lady taking inside orders was extremely welcoming and nice. The young girl taking orders for the drive thru was just sitting in the customer sitting area looking over at everyone. Then I heard an employee in the back say hey we made it how they ordered it. All in all I really didn’t have even close to a decent experience. Oh also I had just received the food freshly made and double checked it in the car and ate one it was cold.
