This is my first time trying Haitian cuisine as I am visiting from Texas to lay to rest a deceased family member. I was not sure what to expect walking in as I have no experience with the Creole-French language or their dishes. I was immediately welcomed and assisted in picking a plate that would be favorable to my tastes.

Food is good. Shakes are good. Restroom need to be cleaned daily and checked throughout the day. Customer service is fair at times. If your not Haitian, then your not a priority. Try the stew conch and Grio. My favorite.

Food is ok but the customer service is horrible. The young woman came to the counter and never acknowledged me. She addressed a male customer very nicely. She eventually told me the price. I tried to hand her my card and she looked at me and walked away. The older woman walked around the counter and cashed me out. Very rude and I won’t be back.

Reflexion have the best griot and legume in the whole state of Florida and probably in the whole wide world in opinion. I never had anything else but I would like to try other food as well. I’m not Haitian so I wouldn’t know what to try but my friend took me there and she bought me griot and it hit the spot. From now on reflexion is my go to spot for griot. I’m going to get all of my Haitian friends and Co workers to come and here and spend some serious money. I would love to shake the boss and the owner and the cooks hand for a job well done. I came all the way from Florida city to west sunrise to eat griot so you know the food is something serious great job reflexion.

Zero customer service. This is why haitian restaurants will never be successful. The fish cost $20 and was undercooked and the waitress was on her phone texting with God knows who instead of paying attention to my wife and i. My wife wanted to leave at tip but i refused.
