Service was quick today, despite other reviews. Biscuitville still has the best biscuits of any fast food places. It would have been nice to have two slices of country ham on it; next time I’ll order an extra one. Dining area was fresh and clean. It’s nice to see the biscuits being made as we walk in. Coffee has a good flavor.

We had a great experience at this new Biscuitville. We dined in, service was friendly and helpful, food was just what we ordered and even better than expected, dining area and restroom were clean. The parking lot is large, the dining room has plenty of seating and they offer double drive-thru lanes. I’m glad we stopped on our way home this morning.

If I could put a negative number I would… first they ignore me in the drive thru while over 5 cars just steadily go in the second lane then when I get my food they only gave me bacon in my bacon platter and only 1 pancake in my kids 3 stack to say that I’m disappointed is an understatement! I NEVER leave reviews but seriously guys get your act together!!! Didn’t even get a refund because they told me that I probably just ate the rest of the food and wanted more smh

Been through the drive through 3 times and they have forgotten something all three times. Today it was the drink and I realized and reminded them at the window before pulling off only to get home and realize there were no hashbrown in the order either, its on the ticket. Aggravating.
