When we first walked in, the waitress greeted us, and we sat down. We liked her at first. It didn’t last too long. Here’s my story. I was just passing through and wanted a good waffle. What I received was a beautiful waffle with sprinkled waffle iron in it. Parts of the waffle iron were in my waffle, like the nonstick coating was supposed to be a flavor additive. I let the waitress know, and she said yes, it happens sometimes and went on her way. She didn’t even ask if I would’ve liked another waffle, even though I would’ve said no, thank you. I gave 2 stars on the food because my grits and eggs were delicious.

The wife and I stopped there last night. They got my wife’s order correct. I ordered sausage with my meal and got grits instead. I was asked if I would like some jelly and never got any. So my meal wound up being scrambled eggs and toast. If anybody is wondering why I didn’t tip, here you go.

Dirty, waitress forgot my husband’s waffle twice. Menu’s had syrup on them. Food was brought out in torn take out containers. Ran to bathroom as soon as I got home. Will not be back.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend this location and won’t be attempting to eat here again. I come in to place a to go order since they won’t allow them over the phone for some reason. I walk in and ask the worker at the register to put in a to go order and she says it’ll take awhile because they need to take the orders from all the tables first. Which is fine, totally understandable they were here first. She then goes to sit down for about 10 minutes and just look around while I’m standing there. She even looks at me like 5 times. All the while, new people are walking in to sit down and getting their orders taken. Everyone looked at me multiple times but never bothered to ask if I’d been helped. I watched 4 new tables walk in, sit, and get their order taken. Still nothing. So I left and won’t be back.
