First time ordering from this location – you’d think being a franchise there would be some consistency across the brand, but apparently that’s not the case as I’ve had widely varying experiences at different locations. The two girls working at this particular one when we picked up our order were sitting around staring at their phones – no greeting, no acknowledgment, no service – they might as well make this a self-serve kiosk and save themselves some payroll expenses. That alone makes me never want to order from here again, but the fact that we were both feeling like total a$$ the next day with stomach issues pretty much seals the deal in that regard. I have ordered from other locations numerous times and it’s usually been pretty good, almost always get the thin crust and have enjoyed it – but this time it was like a stale cracker. Horrible.

Last couple times I’ve ordered have been eh. I usually order for the convenience of the curbside since I have my 1yr old usually with me. Last 3 times I can see the workers after I “check in” play fight with each other laughing joking no one moves to bring out pizza. Then they pass it off to eachother like they don’t want to take it out and look to see if I’ll just come in to get it. It’s a hassle to pull my 1 yr old out of the car seat and bring him in with me. Why have curbside if your workers don’t want to do it? I don’t think I’ll be back again.

First time eating at this location since moving here- Cheezybread and BBQ chicken is our new favorite! Top quality ingredients for sure. Quick service, but staff was a little unprofessional. Definitely my new favorite place for specialty pizza!

Seems like if you don’t put a virtual tip on an order…it takes an hour to get to you place even if it’s 3 minutes away and it’s cold. I have been stalked about tips from employees and I get it is…but I have gotten a call from the old store manager. So now…I won’t tip online anymore. Caleb missed out on 20 bucks cuz it took so long. Food is good and all. Just upsetting that you are expected to tip prior to receiving good service.

I love this location! I usually order curbside pick-up online and within minutes of driving up, they’re coming out with my pizza! The employees have been very friendly and courteous and the pizzas are always fantastic! I would highly recommend them!

Initially I was a bit disappointed that I ordered pizza that specifically showed tomatoes on the picture in the menu but got no tomatoes on my pizza. But then got a call next day from a guy that was very nice, apologized and offered a discount on next order. Overall good experience with this place. Recommend.

I entered the store and was greeted by a rude staff member along with another staff member whom both looked at me like they were disappointed in me coming in to dine in. I stood there deciding what to order and comparing a coupon i received to the board. I noticed the one girl roll her eyes and noticed other staff members on cell phones, laughing, using vulgar language, etc. I then asked the girl the price of a small pepperoni since my coupon was for a large one topping for $7.99. She told me the small was 7.99 and because i don’t eat a lot i elected to go with the small. I noticed when she handed me my card back that i had been charged more and then the two girls couldn’t produce a receipt. The one girl whom the other staff member asked to assist her with getting me a receipt was playing on her cell phone and looked at me and rolled her eyes and said she couldn’t give me one and rudely huffed and puffed and continued to play on her phone! Then as I walked away I just happened to turn around cause I heard whispering and noticed that the same girl was mumbling something rolling her eyes and then flipped me off. This is my first experience at a Marcos and if this is how customer service is handled, this place needs to consider revamping there staff!! I’ve never in my entire life understood why people don’t take pride in having a job and making money! This is the worse example of customer service and it appears this establishment is employed by nothing

Pizza is really good and you can’t beat the carryout deals! Large 2 topping for $8.99 is amazing! This location is fast too. Pizza is usually ready within 10 or so minutes after ordering. Love it!
