I ordered a pizza online, when I got there, she had told me that they were training folks on making pizza, and that was why my pizza looked different. I should have refused it, but I was in a hurry. When I got home, I got a slice out, and the pizza dropped in my hand, the crust was extremely thin, it was a soggy mess. I tried to call the store multiple times, but could never reach anyone, it was a constant hold. I decided to stop by there, the next time I was in Dillon, which was about 5 weeks later. I was told they couldn’t replace the pizza because it had been over a month, they didn’t care that I called numerous times during those 5 weeks!! So when I got home, I called corporate, I told them the issue, they said I would here back within 3 days, I am still waiting for that return call from weeks ago!!! Make sure you check your food carefully before you leave, or better yet, go to a different!!

Rude employees. Placed order for pick up. When we arrived we were told that they burned the order and we needed to wait another 25 minutes for them to replaced the order. Told them we didn’t have 25 minutes needed to go pick up our son, please refund money instead. They told us they would not give a refund, we could either wait 25 minutes or leave with nothing.

Delivery is horrible! Do not request delivery because they will not come and you will have to pick up your order. And if they do deliver it, it will take an hour or more!

Ordered online and picked up pizza. This was supposed to have pepperoni and extra pepperoni. When asking the manager about it, she counted ‘22’ pepperoni and said this is extra. Went on to say Pizza Hut had changed the policy, they don’t have to remake it and there was nothing could be done about it.

Awesome food as normal. In this case, the employee that brought the food out to me went the extra mile. She stepped out the door and told me it would be a few more minutes. Then she brought it out into the parking lot because I was towing a trailer. Nice as can be!

They send through door dash not their company so order won’t be on time I was at work ordered through company to be delivered so it would be on time so they missed my lunch break won’t correct anything and told me there not allowed to tell people it’s door dash I want to speak to corporate to make it right but how bc this is bull it says 20-30 min delivery
