Enjoyed brunch here this Sunday with my family. The food was so delicious. Very glad we chose to go early as they were at capacity by 9AM. Even in the rush our service was decent, food came out quick & hot and the coffee was delicious as well. We were sat by the door. Halfway through the meal I was sweating. The small dining area gets very, very warm as they fill up. Didn’t mind much since I was too involved with the bowl of shrimp and grits in front of me. For my family of 3 our bill was $55 and that’s with 2 adult meals, a kids plate, a juice, two coffees and an order of the gravy biscuit for the table. Thought it was a good price for what we ordered & portions were plenty. We will be back!

The food at this restaurant is 5 star delicious. This is not a 5 star restaurant as in a fancy upscale restaurant BUT the food is absolutely that good. I have eaten here several times. The wait time can be long because the restaurant is small and it gets very busy because it is so good. This is a must try if you are visiting or live in the area.

I’ve had breakfast twice here, so I can’t speak to the lunch offerings. Friendly staff (although somewhat inattentive) and pretty good food in a fairly nondescript location. The kid’s waffle is good as is the chicken fried steak, but the grit bowl with the braised short ribs was quite salty. I also find the prices a bit high for what was offered. I’ll return, but I prefer other options in the area.

Delicious food served in very large portions. We had the Cookie Dough Stuffed Waffles, Captain’s Omelette and Sweet Potato Biscuits. They were all amazing. Their menu choices accommodate breakfast, brunch and lunch. There’s alcohol and cocktail drinks and also a kid menu. It’s a smaller size establishment but they offer the option of sitting at the bar which also serves the full menu. The parking lot filled up fast, so many vehicles had to make their own parking spaces which seemed fine and didn’t interfere with entering or exiting the lot. Service was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and our food arrived quickly after order. It’s a great little hidden in Wilmington.

Wow was that a fantastic breakfast! The service was Immaculate from Christina. The hostess was attentive and clean the tables in a quick and friendly manner. They took away the plates when we were done eating and didn’t rush us with a check. The food was awesome, of course it always is! I like a good breakfast place where you can get steak instead of pork everything and this is it! From The Eclectic atmosphere to the Fantastic attitudes of the staff this is definitely a go-to place for breakfast and lunch. They’ve also got a little bit of liquor in case you’re looking for a Bailey’s and coffee. I like Bailey’s:-)
