(9/29/2022 | 7:30pm) Pizza Hut in Valley AL has the absolute sweetest staff. I was welcomed into the restaurant as soon as I walked in the doors. The ladies working the counter and in the kitchen were so friendly! My husband mentioned on the phone about it being our daughter’s bday and they asked me to tell her “Happy Birthday from Pizza Hut” when I got home. Everyone was smiling and seemed to thoroughly enjoy being there. That’s hard to find in service these days!! Bonus: the pizza was fantastic and our daughter really enjoyed her birthday dinner!

I ordered a pizza for online delivery, received confirmation & tracking status. It showed the pizza was being delivered by door dash. An hour later, I checked the door dash status & it said the pizza had been delivered. I never received my order. When I attempted to call the operator tried to connect me with the store but no one answered.

I really have no clue how this place is still in business. Outside looks nasty, they rarely make your order correctly. No telling what the inside looks like or how nasty it is. Do yourself a favor and drive a little further to another pizza place. Little Caesars is better than this Pizza Hut location by a long shot.

My four person family went by this location today and we enjoyed it. The pepperoni pizza was better than the all meat and we had to buy a 2 liter for our drink or you can get an individual drink since their drink machine was down due to maintenance or covid. Even with those things, we still enjoyed it and the staff was very nice and made sure we were taken care of. Would likely go again.

Normally when I order pizza hut, it is terrible. But on that particular night, last night to be exact, was the best pizza I ever had in my life! It was so hot, fresh, and DELICIOUS! Even my kids were super impressed we actually had stopped ordering pizza hut because it was so disgusting. Im glad I gave you all a chance to redeem yourselves! It was amazing!!!
