Zero….zero….zero…..I ordered a 16pc….and I asked for 3 breast. I was told that I would get 4 pieces of each. When I get my chicken it is all dark. I called and they treated me like I was lying. Absolutely, told me to bring the chicken back . Not an apology, not an offer to replace the meal but insults and rudeness. I’m so upset and I stated I would contact corporate and I was told go ahead and call them. Such rude, bold, and ignorant service. Go somewhere else. KFC do better….not acceptable.

I went to the Matteson location first I order 12 chicken only the cashier told me she 9 pieces of original and 3 pieces of crispy . I said ok as long as I get my right amount of white meat . When I got home it was all dark meat. I called the manager she said would give me 6 pieces of white meat it would be 30 minutes. When I got back to the store I waited in line from 8:19 to 8:36. She then told me when I got to the window it would be another 30 minutes she then return to the window with the half done chicken In The pictures.I spent 30.00 dollars and didn’t even get to eat. I’m done going to this location this is the second time for me. Customer service stinks. at this location and the manager is terrible to serve a customer like this

Ghetto, cold food, don’t ask for sauce or seasoning because you won’t get it. Surprised that this place is still open. If people don’t want to work in fast food, then don’t. But if I’m paying 12 dollars for cold food I expect some decent service. Stay away.

Got here a little after they opened. I will say getting the first batch of chicken of the day is the BEST! Tasted fresh, the staff seemed okay (was one of the first customers so had not gotten the crazy customers yet…lol) and everything was good! Will have to be one of the first customers again SOON! ☺️
