Well, to be our first time here, food was warm and fast. I ordered the new chicken sandwich and the sauce was really good. Restrooms were cleaned and looked for a reason. Just the parking lot to small.

We look forward to the pecan chicken salad sandwich when it’s available since having it for the first time a couple years ago, and it did not disappoint! Fresh chopped chicken with chopped pecans, sliced red grapes, celery and sauce on delicious bread (a type of lighter wheat slightly sweetened). Another of our favorites is the reuben sandwich but the pecan chicken was a healthier choice for today. Great job Arbys! Staff were welcoming and we waited less than five minutes for our order. Thank you!

I love Arby’s. Sad that they closed the Victorville, California location. And I was definitely disappointed in the spicy roast beef sandwich. Other then that, the employees were great, friendly, smiling and happy. The place itself was very clean. I can’t say anything about the restrooms because I was not near them. I definitely will return soon.

Arby’s app is not allowing you to pay online, so I thought that even though I was 5 minutes pass the cutoff but I had photos time stamped that I have been trying to place the order for the last 20 minutes that should not be a problem. Boy was I wrong, employee Gabriel Delapoz told me he could not honor the Arby deal on the Arby app. And you wonder why business is slow, there is a lack of customer service and more of the attitude not my problem. Instead of taking care of a problem, you lost another customer to in and out right across the street. Makes you wonder how many customers have been treated so badly by Gabriel Delapoz…if you want good service Do not go to the Hesperia Arby’s . If I could give a negative star I would.1
