Charged me for something I got on my Sandwich and navigate it to me. Even asked her to read it back to me to confirm that. That was good and it was not when I got down the road and opened up my Sandwich. It was wrong I was charged with something i’d ever got. And then that I do service for a living. I don’t have time to go back and get it. So I’m just out money for bad service. We’ll never go there again.

It was ok. When I came in no one acknowledged me and their was no one in line nor did I see anyone in the drive thru. It could’ve been that they were cleaning. Idk. One of my orders had 2 bacon kings and there was no bacon. I didn’t feel like driving back for that. The manager did get my order together and had a pleasant attitude. She seemed to be the only one quick enough to get things done.

For fast food, it’s tough to beat those char-grilled burgers. The onion rings are unique, and tasty. Definitely a favorite. I pass three other fast food burger joints to get here. Tried the new Bacon Melt. I thought the sandwich was perhaps slightly smaller than I expected, but very tasty. I’d definitely order it again.

This is truly one of the worst Burger Kings that I have been to. On a given day approximately one week ago I came in and placed an order. The order consisted of a large fries and two whoppers. After I made payment and my order was ready I did ask for a few packages to catch up well the cashier mentioned to me they do not have any ketchup in the store. I mentioned well I see you’re putting ketchup on burgers how about if you put a little bit of ketchup in a cup for me so I can have it with the french fries. The manager who was standing within 5 ft in front of me told the cashier nope we can’t give him any ketchup and we don’t have any ketchup in the store. I then proceeded to ask well I don’t want the fries please go ahead and refund me the money for French fries. Reluctantly she did. The moral of this story is I’ve never ran into a Burger King McDonald’s Wendy’s anything of that sort that did not have any ketchup at all. Also if that was the case I should have been informed that they do not have ketchup so I can base my decision on what I was going to order. Poor management at this store.

Got here 40 minutes before they close. Drive all the way up to the speaker and was told they didn’t have anything left . Asked why they did they answer the speaker if they were out of everything and was told because they were still open . Lights on and all still on with cars in the lot

They close at 11 pm. I pulled up to the drive thru at 10:30 pm and they let me sit at the drive thru only to say “We don’t have anything. We’re closed.” This is all while snickering on the intercom. One word… GHETTO!
