Night-time, drive-through speed of service needs to be addressed- The store needs more employees, and should be open later to meet massive local demand. Quality of foods, needs to be looked at before serving, kitchen cleanliness increased, food rotation times followed more closely.

I’d suggest not mobile ordering, they lose my mobile order like every time I go in and this time they couldn’t find it, I showed them my mobile order (which was to their store, and for that night) I didn’t get a refund and had to reorder. They didn’t attempt to really figure it out. The cashier was really rude, and I hated her, but the guy on the line was super nice.

Was here Thursday night around 12, was told at first their card reader was down, said no problem I have cash, then said they needed 5 minutes for more beef to cook, said no problem, then was told actually our order taking system is down.

Honestly, best Taco Bell I’ve been too and it’s my favorite fast food place. My quesorito was made perfectly down to the request to go easy on the sour cream. 10 minutes at the time I got home my food was still warm, and even though there was a small line I didn’t find myself waiting the usual 10 minutes for my food.

Workers treat other workers terrible and managers are dis organized. Managers get super angry with customers and have a hard time cooling down the situation. They food is poorly taking care of… They will sit the food in heat all night then scrap the top of the food off the use what don’t LOOK bad, they don’t care about customers health or customers being right… You may get sick from eating food here!!
