I think her name was Amanda, she was fabulous! Great service we got from here. The food was amazing. Went for breakfast everyday we stayed at the hotel. Our waiter on the last day (7/5/23) was not the best. He had two tables and it took him about 20 min to get to us. We had to track him down to get help.

17 of us there on 8/20/23 for lunch to celebrate Mom’s 90th birthday. Allie arranged everything ahead of time and was great to work with. Laura was our server and absolutely fantastic!! Food was delicious, piping hot, or not, depending on what was ordered, and not one error. Kudos to the kitchen staff! Of course we used the beautiful outdoors to take some awesome family photos, which Laura helped with. We will definitely be back! Thank you Waters Edge!

You couldn’t ask for a better view! Food was good! I love the cheese curds, caprese grilled cheese and the French onion soup! Kathy was a great server as well! 10/05/22 We just came back again today and had Linda as our server. Once again, everything was awesome! Linda made sure we had everything we needed!

Stayed the night, so beautiful and relaxing. Had breakfast this morning and Laura was the only wait staff. I cannot say enough GREAT things about her!..very busy and she still was smiling, polite, apologized for the delays, professional. We need more people like her. My husband and I came to enjoy the view of the water. This was our first visit here. The waitress seemed to be in a rush to get us out of there. Our food came before we even finished our appetizers. She asked if I needed a box when I was only 1/2 done eating my dinner. I needed to use the restroom so I told her yes I would need a box. She knew I was getting up to use the restroom. I was expecting to come back to an empty box for when I was finished eating. Most places just have the customer put leftovers in the box themselves when they are finished eating. Instead I found all my food in the box with my plate and silverware gone! She had asked my husband if he wanted dessert while I was gone and he said no. She didn’t even wait to ask me if I wanted anything else and just plopped down the bill and left. I had to flag her down to even get the tartar sauce I was not allowed to finish. She never asked if we wanted another drink or even if we wanted more water. After one bite asked if food was ok and that was it. The shrimp was good but the fish was very bland without much flavor. She never asked about the food again, just came back to ask if I needed a box.

The service felt like it was a little slow. The waitress didn’t arrive until about 10-15 minutes until after we arrived. Although they were short staffed, Hannah’s bubbly personality protruded through and earnestness made for a better experience.
